Matt was born and raised in Indiana. He studied theatre at Indiana State University and has had the pleasure of working at theatres such as The Phoenix Theatre and Theatre on the Square. Shortly after college he started his career with AT&T. He has had the chance of supporting several Fortune 500 companies.

Having spent a lot of years in a corporate environment Matt has seen firsthand the effects of stress both emotional and repetitive stress injuries. This is one of the basic reasons he was drawn to massage therapy. Matt completed a 600 hour massage therapy program at Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, part of IUPUI's outreach program. He enjoys helping people relax and heal from all of the stress in the workplace and the rest of their lives. Massage can assist with this by encompassing healing for your body, mind and spirit.

When he is not working or giving a massage Matt likes to spend time outdoors. He likes camping, hiking and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his two retired greyhounds which were adopted from a local greyhound rescue group, USA DOG.

Integrated Massage

Aa relaxing and therapeutic massage applying many techniques, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Each massage is defined by your needs. Your massage will be specifically designed to renew your body by relaxing muscles, releasing tension, reducing pain, increasing oxygen flow, and eliminating toxins from your muscles. Aromatic hot towels are incorporated into this massage, combining the benefits of moist heat to melt away your stress. Great for mind & body.

Deep Tissue Massage

A beneficial massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. The goal is to release chronic tension of muscles. Deep Tissue is beneficial for those in excessive fitness training programs or for those who are involved in prolonged computer work. Deep Tissue may cause some soreness during and following the treatment, however most people experience immense relief within the next 24-48 hours. This massage also includes aromatic hot towels.

Dry Brushing

An ancient Ayurvedic treatment made to energize, exfoliate, enhance circulation, soften skin and support lymphatic drainage. Involves a take home brush. (must be added to a massage) .

Customer Testimonials

My first visit was great. Matt extended a warm and friendly greeting. He talked with me about what I wanted/needed. He was 100% spot on with the work he did to me. The atmosphere in his studio is tranquil and what you'd want.

From Our Website

I am committed to your health and wellness. Whether you are suffering from a chronic or an acute issue or need to relax, through the use of various massage techniques customized specifically for you massage therapy can improve your quality of life. I believe in what I do. I am a state licensed massage therapist (IN MT21104019), specializing in deep tissue and trigger point massage therapy techniques. I attended Indiana Therapeutic Massage School, completing the 600 hour program in 2011 and frequently further my training with continuing education courses.

Aromatic hot towels are incorporated into this massage, adding the benefits of heat to help melt away your aches and pains. A note about time: Some massage therapists provide a 50 minute treatment for an "hour" massage. Many would profess that this is an "industry standard." I have seen this in some large corporate massage chains. Please be assured that if you pay for a 60 minute massage with me that you will receive at least 60 minutes of massage time. Your massage time starts when I start massaging, not when you come in the door.

Please shower before your session and consider wearing loose clothing that can easily be removed. You will then disrobe in private and cover yourself with a sheet and blanket. After your massage I will step out and give you some time to relax and get dressed. Lastly, we will discuss your session so that I can gather feedback and then collect your payment (cash or credit cards accepted). Some clients do not wear any clothing during a massage, but this is completely up to you. I want you to be comfortable.
