We offer half hour, one hour, 90 minute and two hoursessions. Swedish Massage is a therapeutic relaxation massage that is the basis of all massage therapy techniques. This massage can be customized to meet your needs. Please let your Therapist knowyour goals prior tostarting your session. We always ask our clients, "Do you want more pressure, or do you want to work deeper layers of the structures?", as "Deep Tissue" can mean different things to different people.We will discuss with you at the time of your service to determine which type of deep tissue massage will best benefit your needs.
Our Licensed Professionals are committed to proving the best service possible. As NYS licensed massage therapist we have over 1000 hour of training required by NYS for licensure. This is more than the vast majority of states. Our LMT's are committed to quality continuing education, and take CEH's every year.
Nick offers a wide range of massage therapy services including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone Massage, Chair Massage and Specializes in Medical, Orthopedic and Advance Sports Massage. Co-Owner of Massage Works, LLC est. 2003, Nick has worked as a licensed massage therapist since 2002. Voted as one of the Best in the region by the Post Star in 2011.
Lindsay Bodkin, LMT, Reiki Master Teacher, is co-owner of Massage Works, LLC and specializes in CranioSacral Therapy as well as energetic bodywork. Lindsay has been studying energy work since 2005 and began teaching Reiki in 2012. Lindsay is trained in CranioSacral Therapy through The Upledger Institute and is a Medallion Member with the International Association of Healthcare Professionals (IAHP).
