Massage Masters

In the 90s this place was nothing more than a grocery store selling run of the mill items that you could get at your local Chinese supermarket. I saw more people buy newspapers than anything else. Fast forward 10+ years later, after not coming by here for a long time, this place turned into a frozen dumpling shop, made fresh daily on the premises all the way in the back.

I'm not sure how many incarnations this place went through, but is now a very successful operation. Interesting enough, of the very very few times I've been inside, the place was empty of customers. They have an expanded freezer section to accomodate the huge varieties of Northern Chinese style frozen dumplings and the ilk.

I've recently moved to the area and get massages on a regular basis since I've been pregnant. I'm so glad I found this place! Absolutely the best prenatal massage. It was the best massage I've actually ever had. The lady at the front desk is so welcoming and sweet. My massage was done by Cindee who was very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. After just one session, the swelling in my feet and legs were almost completely gone (more than when I've had massages elsewhere). The pain in my shoulders and back were completely relieved and I've noticed that I have increased mobility.

As a wedding planner I am on my feet for over 10 hours on wedding days, and when I need a little TLC I pop on over to Massage Masters. Their facility is conveniently located, always clean and well stocked with amenities that make you feel like you are at a big fancy hotel spa, and the services are always top notch! I've been going to Emma for almost 2 years now and every single time I find myself so relaxed, and like all the tiny knots in my back have literally melted away. There are so many options for different types of massages and I am so grateful I found them!

I'm a long time Massage Masters Therapeutic Day Spa. The place is great, and the staff always fantastic. Just a warning, though: Fadi at the front desk tried to sell me hard on the membership recently - a little too hard - and it turned me off a bit. Just word to the wise. But I will always love this place.

Came here on a weekend after a long week of intense neck pain. Emma did a fantastic job working out all of my knots and tightness, and was also very friendly. I look forward to coming back for more sessions with her. The facility is also very clean and comfortable, and while the shower hardware seemed a little clunky to operate, I really enjoyed the shower and steam room that I took advantage of while I was there.

Anna was amazing. The place is nice. I really enjoyed my time here. I also loved being able to use the sauna after my hour and a half massage. It was a great time here for me and I'll be returning to see Anna and the inside of the sauna again soon!

As a long-time client of many years at massage Masters, I encourage you to become one as well. The first thing I absolutely love other than the friendly staff (Sarah is the number one best) and the exceptional massage technicians is how clean it is; from the steam room to showers to the shower shoes to the white, fluffy bath towels to the small wash cloths on which to dry your hands to the gorgeous bath robes AND as a plus; the "toilette" selection is plentiful and diverse. THE FRIENDLY STAFF ANDTHE MASSAGE CREW: You could not ask for better; professional and courteous yet so friendly as to make you feel welcomed and appreciated.

The massage technicians are well trained and have the skills to match your needs. Do not be shy about expressing you massage needs such as a lighter touch or deep tissue request; your input only adds to the overall experience of making your massage more satisfactory. MY PERSONAL FAVORITE: Really deep tissue massage. Bernie is fantastic in working out the kinks in your back and neck; however, Stan has superb skills in finding the parts of your body that need special, detailed attention that you may not even be aware of.

I also love the salt body scrubs and the body wraps are heavenly! Although, I have experienced other establishments, I have yet to be as satisfied as I am with the service at Massage Masters; it is steady and consistently great. Both my husband and I have been very satisfied clients of Stan's and Massage Masters for years. He is a brilliant massage therapist and all the employees are professional, talented and very friendly. The facilities are warm and inviting, and I look forward to every visit. It is a lovely place!

I have been going here for years to get facials and have had a great experience every single time that I go. I am not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from because I always have kind service and the shoulder, arm and foot massage that goes along with the facial is fantastic each and every time. I have gone to several spas in various cities and was pleased when I found this little gem when we moved to Sherman Oaks. The service is great, the price is right and I love getting my discount on my birthday every year.
