Services
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Rebecca was hired at a company where weekly chair massage was an employee benefit. Inspired by the effect of chair massage on her entire workplace, Rebecca saw the powerfully positive benefit this could offer businesses. Soon thereafter, Knot Anymore was launched with the goal of providing professional chair massage on a large scale to businesses, workplaces and beyond. Over the last 19 years, Knot Anymore has achieved that vision while becoming a leader in the chair massage industry.
Whether you need one or one hundred massage therapists, Knot Anymore can staff your convention or health fair with massage therapists experienced in the high volume and oftentimes fast-paced nature of chair massage at conventions and health fairs. We have particular experience in staffing large events and get consistently high praise from our corporate clients for our professionalism, timeliness and the ease of working with our company. Our seasoned crew of licensed and insured therapists will enhance your convention or health fair.
More details can be found here and here. In 2017, against the recommendation of the Airport Advisory Commission, our customer base and our staff of long term massage therapists, the airport and Austin City Council approved a contract with a large multi-national airport spa. This new business will open in 2019 in the spot where our local, independent and 100% Austin business was lovingly grown for nearly 17 years.
We opened with two massage chairs, a few brave therapists and our fingers crossed that it would succeed. And succeed it did! Over the next 16 years, we built a thriving and successful business, adding therapists, service offerings, and devoted customers - eventually expanding to three happy and bustling locations in the terminal.

What a great little chair massage! I love the convenience of being able to walk right in (although I would advise make an appt as she gets busy) and get seen. While I love regular massages there is something about getting a chair massage to really get all the knots out of your neck. The masseuse is amazing and love coming here for a quick massage. Any time my neck or shoulders are giving me trouble, I swing right in to get it worked out. So grateful for Knot Anymore!

Wow. These folks are great. They've since moved from when I visited them on 38th street. They are now in Seaholm at Epoch Coffee but I will definitely travel there for the chair massage. They have online sign up for as long as you want. The pricing is very reasonable and they have OUTSTANDING service providers. I used 3 different massage therapists with Knot Anymore over the past month. ALL of them were fantastic at their trade and all offered me suggestions for issues I raised. Try them. You won't go wrong!

Wow. What a great job they did. I woke up super tight in my neck and upper back and a chair massage with a double espresso on the way out was just the thing. Thanks!

I went for the first time a few weeks ago since my shoulders and neck had been bothering me for a while. After a 30 minute massage I felt so much better and will def go back.

The absolute perfect preflight experience. Some of the best money that I have ever spent. I just walked away and started writing this post. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself. You are worth it.

I decided to treat myself since I had a while before my flight and the Airbnb bed I slept in for the past week did not do me any favors. There was about a 20-minute wait, which wasn't a big deal. The woman in front of me got in right away so basically, I was just waiting on her. The chairs are SO comfy. Even just sitting down in them removes some aches and pains.

I opted for a 20-minute service. After checking my pressure tolerance, my massage therapist went to town. It was definitely a rougher massage, but that's exactly what I needed. Plus, I'm sitting in the airport in - it's not like I was expecting to be lulled into a state of pure relaxation in 20 minutes while listening to "Would a Mr. Steve Smith please report to gate 16". This was my first airport massage and I really loved treating myself this way. It was easy, quick and made the rest of my travel day much less achy.

We came in at 6:45, and the girl had said they were closed. The closing time had said 7:00. We had wanted a 10 minute chair massage. I understand wanting to wrap things up early when you're slow, it is ACL weekend, but when a customer comes in within a proper time, you should provide them with services sold by your establishment. Very disappointing. I was hoping to relax before our flight home after a long weekend.

Stopped in for a 15 minute massage before my flight. Logan was excellent! My back doesn't hurt anymore.

Pretty frustrating. Gave my session away. Bad service. Essentially had to fight the airport mob with my luggage from one location to another, after a guaranteed session was promised. Then had to go all the way back after being turned away because of poor management. Left the location with more knots than when I arrived. Organizational fail.

I'll be honest, I did not expect much when first deciding to get a quick massage before my flight home. However, I was quite a bit sore and even though the prices are a bit inflated due to being in the airport, this was the best massage I have ever received. I ended up doubling my time because my therapist was simply amazing! Still a bit pricey but worth it, if you have time!

If you have 20 minutes to spare and want a kick ass massage for $34 this is your place. Located next to Gate 13.

I only got a 15 minute massage ($31 for massage and tip - pricey but not unreasonable in an airport), but it really hit the spot! My therapist was amazing, and I would have given this place five stars if it wasn't for the wait time. When I first signed up the lady was unable to tell me how long the wait would be, and if I didn't have a lot of time between flights, I would have been waiting and then had to leave without a massage. Overall though, they were great!

I travel a lot. The best massage I ever got was with Dimitri. Make sure to ask for her when you get one. She was positive and worked with me on the right pressure. I have an injury where she really helped. I have had others but Dimitri is the best. Don't be too concerned about the unfriendly receptionist. The massage is worth it.

Absolutely wonderful massage! Wish I had had more time to get a longer massage. Clean and professional. I also left an item there and when I called them they told me they would ship it to me. So friendly. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Such a treat while traveling and being cramped on a plane.

After speaking to the owner about my previous attempt to patron KNOT ANYMORE she provided me with another opportunity while at the Austin Airport. I am VERY happy I did so. The receptionist was attentive & friendly, there was only a 5 minute wait and my masseuse Victoria was excellent - you can combine a foot massage in with the chair massage. She found KNOTS I wasn't even aware of :))) I would definitely come back.

Wow! Was looking for a place to buy Advil on my connection because my neck & shoulders hurt so badly. Passed this place and immediately signed up for a short neck & shoulder chair massage. So glad I did! Mauro provided perfection in regards to location & applied pressure. I go every now & then to different masseuses for treating this same area and he did the best of all of them! Wish I could pack him in my bag and take him with me. I feel like a new person for just $15 (+tip). Thank you!

Not Anymore! I'm laughing to myself at how bad this whole experience was. Massage was extremely painful, but it shouldn't have been. The funny thing was how insulted the therapist was when I got up because I had enough. I told her I had to catch my flight but she insisted it was because I didn't like her massage. She was right but I never would have said that to her.

She then walks off angry to get my paperwork ready for my checkout. Very strange experience, and painful! She never checked for how she was doing or ask me if it was too much pressure. Just brutal. Stay away.

Really impressed with this airport place where you can get a chair massage or a foot massage. I got a fabulous 15-minute chair massage. The therapist asked me where I needed work, and I told me my neck. She gave me form pressure, which I asked for. I feel a lot better than I did a half-hour ago. Traveling always makes my neck weird. I will definitely return.

I hate flying! Hate it. Hate it. Hate it. But getting a relaxing massage right before I get on the plane makes me forget that I am about to be on a plane with tons of people who about 10% get entirely way too close for comfort. They have always put me in a state of bliss before I fly out of Austin and will continue to go everytime. Also they give a really good deal for military as well, just ask.

I've tried other massage therapy places at other airports, and while I don't have a bad word for any of them, this one is by far my favorite. The sunlit space gives off an aura of freshness and openness, in contrast to the interior of a plane. I've been here twice now. Male therapist the first time, female the second time, both excellent. Chair massage : airplane flight :: yogurt : spicy curry.
