Established in 2006, Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa professionals who have helped thousands of clients live better by performing more than 100,000 massages and facials. But the only massage or skin care treatment that matters today is yours. Even if you're new to the Kneaded Relief, your session started 15 years ago.
The atmosphere at Kneaded Relief is one of healing and calm. Please respect that peace and tranquility by silencing cell phones. We encourage you to arrive early so you can relax. First-time guests will be asked to complete an intake form; therefore, please arrive a few minutes early, so that you will not miss any of your well-deserved treatment time.

Super disappointed. I've been coming here on and off for about 10 years. I originally had an appointment for a 90 minute massage on Thursday at 5:00. They called me about 2:00 on Thursday to let me know my massage therapist went home sick and I would need to reschedule. I ended up rescheduling for Saturday morning at 10am. I arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment and get checked in.
I sat and waited 15 minutes before the very nice receptionist said sorry we are running a few minutes behind we will be taking you back in a couple of minutes. I continue to wait. and wait, Until they finally call me back at 10:35! The only reason I did not give 1 star is because the therapist that did eventually do my massage did a good job.

I try a lot of different places, but I always come back to Kneaded Relief. The staff at Kneaded Relief are always pleasant. I do have my favorites, but when I'm in need, I will take who is available and I am not usually disappointed. Yesterday, I called for back pain, luckily there was an opening and I had a great experience with someone I never had an appointment with before.
My experience with Heather was 5 star as well as a few other massage therapists Charity, Emily and Lindsay. I can not give all therapists over my many years there a 5 star but those experiences are very few and they may no longer be there.

Heather was wonderful! It was my first deep tissue massage. I was a little worried it would be too much pressure for my sore spots but she put my worries to rest right away. She knew when and where to apply just the right amount of pressure. I also had the headache/sinus massage.highly recommend. The atmosphere and therapeutic massage combined made for an excellent overall experience.
I will be praising Kneaded Relief to family and friends. The local chain locations don't even come close to competition. You folks are awesome! I will be back for more treatments.

So very grateful that I was able to go to Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa on the evening of May 17, 2022. Prior to arriving, I was in tears because of the back spasms that I was experiencing. Emily provided a 'Deep Tissue' massage which helped to relieve the spasms in my back. It was such a pleasant experience and atmosphere at the spa. There is no need to go around with tense muscles and spasms when Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa can relieve your stress with a wonderful massage.

Never had a bad experience here. I have found my go-to therapist that I always ask for. She always asks if there's a specific area that needs attention. She doesn't get offended if I ask for a particular technique or lighter/firmer pressure. If you want to talk, she will engage. If you want quiet, she'll comply. The atmosphere is relaxed and calming. I can't say enough good things about Kneaded Relief.

I've been coming to kneaded relief for a little over 2 years now. I strive to get in once a month but sometimes things come up. Emily is absolutely amazing and all the front desk staff that I have encountered has always been extremely professional and kind. Emily takes the time to listen about what you are looking for in a massage and is always prompt and kind.
The bottle of water at the end of your massage is also a nice touch. Spa is clean and smells great with light tranquil music throughout. I highly recommend kneaded relief over any chain massage spa.
