I've always had a great experience at Jolie, but I returned after a long hiatus to get a cut & style for my engagement party. Cynthia, a level 3 hairdresser, did an amazing job. She not only had a vision of how to properly style my hair (it's super thick/heavy), but also gave me some tips & tricks to recreate it myself. Will definitely be returning to Cynthia any time I need a cut! Would recommend her to anyone with a head of hair.

Went to Lila at Joli salon and spa and she was amazing! She was very attentive to exactly what I wanted and my hair has never looked or felt better! 10/10 recommend her to anyone! Services: Haircut, Hair coloring, Hairstyling

Phenomenal cut + style from Ji Suk. His attention to detail and technique are second to none. He has only been at Jolie for a few months because he worked in New York before. Highly recommend. I am SO happy.

This truly was the most disappointing experience. After going back and forth with the receptionist Alexis, she confirmed 3 spa appointments the Friday before mothers day, and that all appointments would be back to back. At first she explained that what we had wanted wouldn't be possible due to lack of esthetician's working that day, so we were truly grateful that they had taken the time to figure things out and accommodate us!

A few weeks after booking the appointment, I excitedly came to pa from nyc to do a spa day with my mom and grandma. However, when we arrived at the appointment, we were told that our appointments had been spread out over a 5 hour period. This was not at all what had been discussed on the phone, yet somehow what was in their system did not match up with what the receptionist Alexis told us.

When we expressed that taking turns sitting and waiting for each other for hours in between appointments wouldn't work, the manager came out to offer other suggestions. As she suggested ideas suck as a "quick massage", or maybe my mom and grandma could leave me at the spa and pick me up a few hours later. When we expressed our disappointment over the error and that we were no longer interested in having the spa day under different pretenses, the manager became combative.

She started to suggest that we were being difficult for not being open to last minute makeshift suggestions, that did not work for us, and were in an effort to account for their error. The manager was demeaning and made it clear that she did not want to give us our money back and that she will first have to speak with the owner. Overall, we left extremely disappointed over the lack of professionalism at the front desk and the aggressive manner in which we were spoken too.

I love this salon! After looking for a new hair salon, I found Jolie Salon through Groupon. The service was above average. They had a coffee/soda/snacks station for customers. The quality of customer service exceeded my expectations. Madeline, in reception, did a great job. Hollie was my hairstylist, and she did a fantastic job and made sure to ask if I was happy with the final product.

This salon is incredible. I got my nails done by Diana, and not only did she remove some less than stellar work done on my nails by a different salon, she created the perfect nails for me for Valentine's weekend. Her work is impeccable and everyone I encountered at the salon was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend - best salon experience I have had in a long time!

Had a wonderful experience with Lauren and her assistant, Mary. I'm so happy with how my hair turned out which is 100% driving this review. She was able to pull up my color to a perfect, cool toned blonde with partial highlights and a toner. She gave me a great haircut as well. I liked chatting beforehand to talk about the history of what my hairs been through a bit.

We created a good game plan and the execution was phenomenal. I also enjoyed the cleanliness of the salon, and the complementary drinks and snacks that were offered. It was easy to communicate and book an appointment and everyone was very friendly. I'll be glad to return, and possibly try other services offered.

I have had a Brazilian done many times. This last time there was something different in how it came out. I called to discuss my disappointment after spending $400. I received a run around from one manager and was spoken to as if I was lying. I then spoke to another manager who gave me a run around that she needed to get approval from the owners. I had explained what the issue was and finally spoke to the stylist.

The stylist acknowledged that he did lower the heat He did not inform me that he was lowering the heat and did not tell me that the results would be any different. All I did was mention to the stylist as I have done every time since the 1st time, is to be careful of the baby hair by my neck underneath my head of hair, since he over did it and baby hair broke off the first time.

When he did it after he did a great job. This last time he took it upon himself to lower the heat not inform me that he was lowering the heat also did less strokes on each strand as he would normally do and and now I paid $400. It is his job if he felt a concern to tell me and let me make the decision if I wanted to go on with the service since the result can be different.

And my hair is not doing what but it was expected to do and what I paid for. By the way my hair was in its best condition and there was no need to reduce the heat. The manager is not being transparent and not direct in what she is willing to do. I am not wanting to get services done by them any longer after having to make over 4 plus calls Trying to get them to stand by their work.

They try to come across as a professional and as a professional high end salonand it is absolutely unprofessional and limited in their communication. I am walking away from this situation learning that I am done with this place and want to inform the people that if you're going to spend a lot of money do not expect them to stand by their work.

My wife and I went to see aesthetician Belen. She was friendly and professional And kept everything clean. She had a full compliment of equipment and supplies in her room, back in the spa area. Since we both had appointments, I stood at the front and had wine and cheese. Only feedback to management is maybe regarding the room. It was labeled "Room One" or something in the back. If it had a sticker with Belen's name and/or face, or even her business card taped on the door it would be an improvement.

Both my daughter and I go to Jolie and have been for a few years. We see Charles and LOVE him! He is so kind, caring and he really takes the time to address what it is that you are looking for in cut and color. I asked him if it was okay to bring my daughter because she had tried other salons and they butchered her short hair. I normally would not bring a child to Jolie, but in this case she needed help! Charles did an AMAZING job giving her the most sophisticated hair cut that a six year old could ever have! AND it's so easy to take care of. If you go to Jolie- ask for Charles! I also get my hair done and I absolutely love it!
