Products & Services
Massage therapy is an old art. It was known to our ancestors and was practiced after bathing and exercise to balance and center the body. They understood that health involves equal development of the mind and body. In the world we live in, we rarely take time to allow our bodies to recover from the rigors and pressures of every day routines.
Massage is a form of therapy through touch. It is effective for relieving stress, tension, chronic pain and dysfunctions, as well as increasing circulation and range of motion. Therapeutic massage helps to reduce discomfort and aids in the rehabilitation of injury. Additionally, incorporating massage into your life will act as a preventative means for health and well being.
Thai Table Massage
Thai massage or Thai yoga massage, in Thailand is also referred to as "Nuad Borarn" which translates to "ancient wind". With deep roots in traditional Thai medicine, Buddhism, and yoga, Thai massage is truly a sacred healing art that stimulates the healing energies within the body through a magical blend of massage, therapeutic stretching (lazy man's yoga) , acupressure and reflexology.
Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage
Helps to eliminate scar tissue, adhesions and injury to deep layers of muscle, tendons, and fascia. Cross friction, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques are often incorporated. At times this therapy may be uncomfortable and cause residual soreness for a few days, before resulting in pain relief and increased mobility. It is often regional work and it is more invigorating than a general Swedish massage.
- I would recommend this business
This massage therapist is the best I have been to. Loving massages, I have been to 3 or 4 different places and no one but Jen knows exactly how a massage is done. She takes the time with you and asks questions just to familiarize herself with the client. She goes the extra step. I have been going there for many years now. Recommend her highly.
