Interlude Spa

This place is amazing! All the staff, massage therapists and estheticians were incredible at my treatments today! Highly recommend this spa!

For the cost of pool pass from the spa the pool was too crowded with some noisier people to justify the price, on this day anyways. There was bit of traffic and maze like structure going to and from pool and spa appointments. However, pool was great temperature, sauna's were lovely and the change rooms were very nice, a bit of instruction on how to use the locks in change room might be helpful to older guests. Facial treatment was excellent and Kelly, treatment provider was great! Bigger robes for pregnant guests also might be handy.

Brittany does amazing work and always takes the time needed for my hair. The location is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Kelly and Caris were incredibly sweet and skilled professionals for my couple's facial today. They took excellent care of my mom's accessibility needs and they seemed equally delighted to meet & chat with us. The new location is fantastic, calm, and quiet. My mother hadn't had a facial in 15+ years. she promises that we will be back!

Omg. this has to be the nicest spa I have been to. the experience start to finish a very calming one. i did get a mild heart attack when seeing the bill but that quickly healed when I saw myself in the mirror. it's professional, clean, friendly and very welcoming to souls like myself.

I had the Head to Toe Reviver with Sydney and she was amazing! I've never been so relaxed in my life! Wonderful experience. Professional, clean spa. Will definitely be back!

Worst overall feeling of doing business with them. I had called and discussed rates for my wife to have a spa day on her birthday and they were nice and booked the services and told me the after tax cost would $240.86. After my wife went, I was charged $320! And they told me "the price is the price". I checked 3 times what the rate was before I even booked it and was still charged $80 more than expected. They also put a more expensive nail polish on without asking my wife. I no longer trust this business as they betrayed my trust.
