Jennifer became a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2016 under the guidance of Kimberly Payne. Currently, she is continuing her studies in functional medicine-based nutrition and holistic health. When Jen isn't helping her clients find health and wellness, she's enjoying life with her husband, two boys, and dog Daisy.
In order to plan a massage session that is safe and effective, we need some general information about your medical history. Is there anything else about your health history that you think would be useful for your massage practitioner to know to plan a safe and effective massage session for you? I understand that these massage sessions are for general wellness purposes and that I should see a doctor or other appropriate health care provider for diagnosis and treatment of any suspected medical problem.

Thank you Jen! I'm seeing you again tomorrow, but figured I would leave a review now, based on the years of coming to you for massage therapy. You are the bomb! I feel so good when I leave you (and of course, while I am being massaged). This part is for those looking for massage - I've been to two "chain" locations for this service (tried because I had a coupon), and they simply did not know what Jennifer Beam knows. Her massage skills and professionalism are not matched.
