It is all in the name of this business! To start, you are greeted by the owner of the business who is absolutely delightful! The establishment is spotless, very well kept. It is clear this business takes much pride in what they do and the client experience! I had a massage with Alice, it was heaven! Her pressure was exactly what I needed to relieve the stress in my neck and shoulders and she educated me on body mechanics and how to manage stress relief in between sessions. I can't wait for my appointment in three weeks! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Heaven & Health is a little gem. I discovered Heaven & Health last year. I have been pampered by Marie ever since. I have scheduled appointments for my daughter and my husband as well. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a little bit of pampering. I enjoy it because it gives me an opportunity to leave the worries of the day at the door.

I have had massages by a few different therapists from Heaven and Health and they have all been fabulous! Their newer location is simple, but peaceful, and the rooms are quiet and have the perfect ambiance with relaxing music and comfortable temperature. The owner Helen is friendly and professional. It has become my go-to place for a massage.

I have gotten massages with 3 different therapists and they have all been fantastic! I know 2 of them have come from work as nurses. They are attentive and pay careful attention to my bodies needs. One of them actually recommended that I see Paula as she is the practitioner that does cupping. This form of therapy helped exponentially in a problem that had been chronic to that point. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I first met Helen when she was doing chair massages at my place of employment (which we won't mention how long ago) because it will give away our ages haha! But I have followed her and her staff ever since. You will not find a better massage in Delaware. Helen and her staff really cares about their clients and the benefits that massage gives them.

They are always looking to improve their services to help their clients like adding reflexology & CBD massage oil. OMG! Talk about an AMAZING experience from the moment you walk through the door! I was greeted at the door by Helen; who made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. This place is very sanitized and tidy. I received my massage from a wonderful women name Marie. She literally puts the amaze in amazing! She informed me of every move she made to achieve my upmost comfort.

Literally left here feeling like a brand new person. Also, left feeling relieved from all tension. Setting and environment was beyond peaceful, clean, comforting. Thank you ladies, I will definitely be back soon!

I have been getting massages at Heaven & Health for a number of years and love the service I've received. I have a curvature of the spine, causing muscle issues due the imbalance created by the curve. I began suffering from significant pain several years back and found Heaven and Health. I have had massages by every one of the therapists, and while each has their own unique style, they are all well versed on musculature and skeletal impacts, and use different techniques effectively to provide high quality treatment. Helen Berryman, the owner, sets a very high standard for the massage therapists at Heaven and Health, and approaches the massage business as more of a medical service, not just a "spa" (but doesn't skimp on some of the spa-like atmosphere). I highly recommend Heaven and Health!

Not may be the best. It is the best massage in Wilmington, in Delaware and the east coast. I try to go twice a week as it is so reasonable and so beneficial.

Maybe the best therapeutic massage you'll find in Wilmington. It would be difficult to find better and too easy to find worse.
