I booked Lilli for a 1 hour Swedish massage and it was amazing! Couldn't recommend it enough! She was gentle, responsive, and intuitive! 10/10

Sometimes I make good choices, and sometimes I make great choices. Today I made a great choice= going to Healing Arts for a massage. My boyfriend went here after an injury had left him almost a year in pain, and in one session he was convinced. He booked me a deep tissue 90mins so I found relax and unwind. I have been dealing with a shoulder/elbow/wrist issue all since COVID restrictions have me tied to a desk job and my body is revolting.

I needed help asap and this was my answer. There is ample parking in a paid lot behind the building, well worth it to save the time and stress of finding parking in this area of PB. Then, even with my google map, this place was not easy to find. My friend told me to look for the small glass door at the back of the building and go upstairs. Thank God she did, that is the only way I found it!

The spot was so beautiful and peaceful once inside. Gentle music playing, clean Scandinavian aesthetic, and lovely hot tea and water for guest. I was taken into my treatment room right on time, which was nice for a change. The room was serene and calming, and my masseuse, Nick, gently discussed how my treatment would transpire. The massage was in the top 5 of my life. Fantastic experience and I am still on a giant high from it.

I walked out and immediately scheduled my next treatment! This was a great experience and I look forward to going back this month! Pro Tip: Be sure to tell your therapist what you want and need before you start!

Dalton is consistent. I am always guaranteed a great massage. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The overall feeling when you walk in the front door is peace! Highly recommended!

Best massage place in San Diego! I get a lot of massages, and have always been so impressed with the service and care of Healing Arts. Both Thaddeus and Nick are wonderful therapists, and do terrific deep tissue massages. You cannot go wrong with either. The facility has been recently remodeled and is so peaceful and calming. The front desk gives excellent customer service.

Also using the app to book is so simple, and I have had luck getting a same day appointment which is always so appreciated. I recommend this place to all my friends. I would go weekly if I could. Five stars!

Such a peaceful space. Their prices are definitely higher than other places but it has more of a spa feel than most places I've been. The beds and face rests are so comfortable.

I have been coming here for about 10 years on and off. I usually always ask for Jenn, as she is really good at deep tissue and finding the pain points.

I had the easiest time rescheduling my appointment, and Mie gave me an amazing Swedish massage. The space was so clean and comfortable, I will be looking forward to booking more services here in the future.

I have been going here for nearly a decade and last year I received a massage that I was unable to enjoy due to an hour of an unprovoked political rant. The business was very nice and gave me a $50 credit. I came back and recieved an incredible and relaxing massage by Thaddeus, who I definitely recommend. I love this place and don't want to give a bad rating, but it was was very off-putting that no one wore masks as we are in the midst of an increase in cases, and there is a mask mandate in the state of California.

This is a business that promotes healing and wellness and seeing as we are in very close quarters, this should be the obvious choice. If you find this important, give a call when you book just to be safe.

Massage by Dalton was best I've ever had. Marlene and reception was also wonderful and welcoming. It was my first time visiting but I will definitely be back probably monthly. Thank you.

Visiting from out of town and needed a massage after a half marathon yesterday. Healing Arts was convenient to where I am staying. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming once inside. I'll just say that my session with Mie was about the best massage as I have ever had - she released all the soreness and tension, especially in my neck and back (as well as legs). I highly recommend Healing Arts and Wellness.

This has been my place of sanity for almost 15 years! They always have amazing well trained massage staff and kind down to earth front desk staff. I love the recent remodel - so tranquil and a beautiful experience (it was lovely before and it is amazing now!)

I have been getting massages here for years and years and was really disappointed when they closed over covid fearing that they would not open! There was a really nice remodel completed however and they still have the best therapist on schedule. Jen, Thaddeus and Dalton is beyond amazing, if I ever have pain he knows exactly what to do. I get massages regularly so I can say he is one of the best ever with confidence.

The only 1 star knock is for the big jump in pricing, I would be coming still every few weeks but with the new increase it is a little too spendy. May be just a once every few months event now. Maybe it is covid catching up pricing, no digs on the business I understand and will be back, just not as often as I'd like. Still go get one of the best massages ever here!

I booked an hour long session for my wife with Jen and myself with Thaddeus. I was very pleased with how professional and thoughtful Thaddeus was, he ensured I was comfortable and did a wonderful job helping me relax throughout my massage. The place can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for the door, it's right around the corner from Dave's Hot Chicken.

We decided to park at the pay lot ($3 an hour) instead of finding street parking. Overall the experience was wonderful and we are excited to come back again for another massage. I'd recommend booking online, it was easy to see the availability of all their massage therapists.

I found Healing Arts online on Thursday night around 9 PM. After reviewing their prices and reviews, I sent an email asking about an appointment for Friday the next day. It said to expect a 48 hour wait before a reply, so I figured I'd just call in the morning. I received a reply in 10 minutes from Nancy, amazing! She related that she had a noon appointment for me if needed, but she would check in the morning for something earlier.

Great service and customer relations right there! I kept the noon appointment for my wife with Brett. It's PB, so parking is a little rough, but expected during the summer, no fault of Healing Arts though. My wife arrived and was taken back quickly. I arrived after parking and was taken to a relaxation room to wait instead of having to wait in the lobby, again, great customer service.

She came out of her 90 minute swedish/deep tissue massage able to move her neck and turn her head again, a bit sore, but not pain like before. Brett did an amazing job, and we will definitely be going back. Nancy is amazing and very focused on giving the best to her clients. And though it's on Cass and Garnet in PB, it's very secluded once inside and you lose yourself very quickly. Can I give 10 stars? thanks nancy and brett, we'll be back!

Sunday of leisure is rare for us so we decided to go to the healing arts for massages on recommendation from a friend and let me tell you I am VERY picky and weird about getting massages! My husband and I both had the 60 minute Swedish he was with Nick and I had Chelsea. This place was clean and quiet but most of all our massages were amazing relaxing and reasonably priced. I have paid double for crap massages at a fancy place plenty of times. but no more. I will be returning to this place and definitely with Chelsea. Highly recommend

I'd like to start this review off by saying I generally believe that if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't bother Yelping at all. However, what happened today left me appalled and slightly frustrated so here I am. My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples' massage and they were able to get us in same day, so that was definitely appreciated.

My therapist did a good job. Nothing to rave about but not bad by any means. My boyfriend said his therapist, Rosalyn, also did a decent job. Could have gone harder but still decent. The main reason for this review, however, is that Rosalyn's phone went off several times during the massage! Not once, not twice, but FOUR times in 90 minutes. I'm sorry but I find this completely unacceptable.

If we're paying over $100 each for a service (yes we still tipped each of them 20% because we're not a**holes), then we deserve not to have to hear "PHONE CALL FROM MIKE, PHONE CALL FROM MIKE" blaring from the therapist's cell phone throughout what is supposed to be a relaxing 90 minutes. I was even more surprised by the fact that she didn't seemed phased at all and didn't turn it off after the first or second time! Again, I feel terrible leaving a negative review for a decent service. However, the whole cell phone thing really put a damper on the experience. Put it on silent or turn it off, it's that simple.

I've been coming here for years and they are awesome. I have never had a bad massage here. Their add-ons are a good price and the therapists are always nice and friendly. You can sometimes get same day appts if you call early enough in the morning.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Jen. She asked me about areas to focus on. I communicated this to her and was surprised at the end of the massage that she had not yet touched them. She then spent a few minutes trying to address the problems I went in for unsatisfactorily. Problems returned within an hour. It was a waste of time and money. The owner of this business contacted me and wanted to hear about my experience.

She actively listened to my issues and offered to make things right with the services of another therapist, Dalton at no additional charge. I just returned from a treatment with Dalton and am very pleased with the results. I appreciate the response and follow up.

My boyfriend and I went here for a massage on the last day of our vacation and it was the best massage we have ever had! Not too expensive (Cheaper than trying to get a massage in Washington) and awesome customer service. Seriously the best massages we have ever gotten!

The Healing Arts Massage & Wellness Center has been my go to massage center for 15+ years! The owner Nancy is wonderful and the therapists are excellent! From the outside on the street you would never know how serene and calming it is on the inside. The prices are also very fair! Treat yourself to a massage and/or other service there you will be happy you did!

I've been to Healing Arts many times for massages. Their staff and practitioners are professional and considerate. They always consult with me before the massage begins to check if there are specific areas they need to address or avoid. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a peaceful atmosphere throughout the complex.

Got knots? Tension? Well Have it all melted away! I went today for a massage at Healing Arts and it was phenomenal! Thaddeus was amazing. Perfect amount of pressure and truly melted the knots away. The location is a bit hard to find at first. But I'm sure it'll be much easier the second time! Parking can be tricky, because it's PB, but if you go during the weekday, it's significantly better than on the weekends. Hit this place up! You won't regret it!
