Amazing service and atmosphere. It is the best SPA around. Best facial you can get, you will see the result of your skin immediately. Your skin will be radiant and feels so good. I strongly recommend this Glam SPA.

I posted a review a few years back on my experience with my leg wax. I had written it was disgusting that they used a wax roller on my body which isn't clean nor state board approved. A few days later the owner called me to tell me that they were getting rid of it, and was putting a complimentary leg wax on my account. I then deleted my review.

When I was ready to use my service I was told I had already used it, even though that was the original leg wax I had an issue with. Zero complimentary leg waxes were added to my account. I also came here to do a (Arasys inch loss and body shaping system) body treatment/weight loss treatment for weight loss, and I think it's nonsense. A way for companies to make money off of women's pain points that does absolutely nothing for them.

The owner sold me on some appetite suppressants that were just awful. I think it's imperative for customers to express their honest feelings of an experience they have without the bullying of an owner to remove a bad review. I recently contacted them about purchasing a lip treatment, and the receptionist was so cold. I have never spoken to a receptionist there that was sweet. I hope that go towards being more customer centric.

Today I went to Glam Spa for my birthday., had a 90 minute Message and a facial and I was treated like a Queen! Thank you Stephanie for taking special care of me. You made my day! Thank you Glam Spa for making my day even more special!

When you walk in, it's extremely clean, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Granite counters, comfy chairs, clean floors, a beautiful bathroom etc. Dee was the employee that completely intrigued me. She's personable and professional, but she's extremely knowledgeable about skin care and health. She delves into your lifestyle to understand your personal needs as a client and focuses on your personal skin issues.

This is what drew me to her. She's not just your typical skincare sales person that slaps a few lotions on and doesn't take the time to learn your skin. Everyone has various skin types and different needs. Someone with more acne prone skin might not be able to use certain oily products such as myself. She took the time to understand ME. I have very sensitive skin and she was so careful to not give me any product that might cause more skin problems than I have.

Her dedication and motivation in helping me to resolve and minimize my skin issues is why I would be more inclined to choose this spa over another. In addition, all the employees are loyal to the business. Dee has 16 years at Glam Spa. There is no rotating door and it is family oriented. This is what drew me in as well because I want someone that can learn me; someone who knows my needs, who I can build with throughout this process of improving my skin and possibly other aspects of my life.

I want to stick to that person, knowing I don't have to worry if they will still be there in a few months or years. Dee mentioned a product that I didn't even know existed in their office that helps to stimulate certain chemicals in the body to help build muscle. Sometimes knowledge is everything. Maybe you're interested in something, but you never took the time to ask if they provide that service. Dee, thank you for my experience. I really enjoyed it

It's my spot to go to unwind, get an awesome treatment of either a facial or foot reflexology that is often needed! Everyone is so nice and treats us clients royally!

My experience was great at Glam Spa. Immaculately clean, soft music playing, warm aromas -- was sorry to have it end. I will be going back for sure.

Jesse is so helpful and friendly each time and Penelope fantastic.

Had a nice package for my wife birthday, makeup eyebrows and facial, enjoyed my massage as well, Enjoyed the cucumber water, wish there was a better variety of deserts instead of granola bars

This place is amazing! the staff is very courteous. I have been going here for about 6 years on and off. I stopped going after I got pregnant due to needing to financially prepare for a newborn. My friend went in about a year or so after I stopped going to get me a gift card and he expressed the staff remembering me. I got a call from them a few days later to congratulate me on having a baby even though my baby was now 5-6 months.

They really care about their customers. I hear they're a bit pricier than other places, but honestly the service is so amazing I dont care to look and verify that. They truly make you feel relaxed and appreciated as a customer. I recommend them 100%.

I have had the BEST, most relaxing facial service today! Our reception was warm & friendly, the atmosphere soothing, and the rooms clean & enveloping. I never relax, & Dee's facial had me drifting in a comforting haze I loved the smells and feels of the products she used too! And at the end, nobody pushed me to purchase any products (which i did) I really love the scent of these Ross products! My daughter & I plan to take my Mom for her birthday in July I would refer my clients & friends here gladly!

Best Spa ever! Service was the best. Staff is very accommodating and caring. The anti-aging treatments and facials are top notch. Such relaxing massages. I would highly recommend this spa! A++++++

This place is extremely Nice to work with and accommodating and provides wonderful services! I have gone there for massage for relaxation and for therapeutic reasons-every time I leave very happy with the level of professionalism and service they provide.

I've been to Glam Spa several times and always have a great experience. The staff is gracious, the facials superb. And Judy, the owner, is a kind and generous business woman. Can't say enough good things about Glam Spa. Lauren-

Perhaps I am a little biased as I have been a client of theirs since they were Beau Visage. The manager bought out the franchise location in 2004 and viola - they are now known as Glam Spa. This is a nice place to get a facial or a massage and they treat new customers very well. A little pricey for the average pocketbook but very satisfying for an occasional splurge. If you like facials, I would suggest looking into one of their package deals.
