We also offer Joint Mobility Therapy which incorporates massage, stretches and exercises based on findings from intake and postural assessment. Each therapist is unique, bringing with them the essence of who they are to their work. I am a ex-Army girl with a background in personal training and nutrition counseling. I love working with people, helping them achieve their goals and dreams. Massage is much more than a luxury - it is a necessary part of well being. While it has been around for centuries and many cultures make it a part of their everyday life we here in the United States are just starting to realize all of its wonderful benefits. I feel honored and privileged to work with a client, accepting them for who they are, where they are, and who they want to be.
