Five Senses Spa & Salon

Had a pedicure the girl that did it was very sweet but after I got home and was able to look at it it was not a good job and I had to touch up a few places and now a few days later needs completely redone.i have heard bad things about this place but someone gave me a gift certificate really glad I didn't actually pay for it The lady at the desk was very very rude and mayb it was bc of the certificate like I said the girl that did mine was sweet just not skilled.i will not be going back and have voiced my opinion to alot of people and said they would of warned before I went if they knew, my sisters experience was worse than mine it was a horrible job and experience for her was talked to very rudley I am guessing from the girl at front desk when she called to complain I will not return

Absolutely wonderful spa experience. Me and my husband received a hot stone hour long massage and were pampered like a royalty! Angela was a treat to talk to, her massage techniques were immaculate and the whole relaxing atmosphere was set up entirely by her. I enjoyed a sip of an iced tea and was ecstatic about a chocolate fountain in the waiting area/relaxation room. Hot stone massage was a great choice for our sore backs and we're absolutely coming back for more. Thank you, Angela!

I'm not one to leave reviews, but after 2 bad experiences, I felt the need to. I booked a scalp massage/style back in July, which was listed as a 30 minutes treatment. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and the scalp massage was more of a shampoo. This most recent time, I booked a mani/pedi. The minute I sat in the chair, I knew the girl working on me was either very new, had no confidence, or was poorly trained.

She was so uncomfortable with the filing, the cuticle cutter. I just knew it wasn't going to be up to par. It took 3 hours to complete the mani/pedi. Within 2 days the polish was chipping off my toes and on the 3rd day, my entire gel polish was peeling off my nails. Sweet, sweet people, but terribly quality. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Came in for a men's cut. Had attempted to schedule it online, but the website wouldn't load for appointments but once I downloaded the app it worked flawlessly. Had my cut with Des, who did a great job. Very professional and quality cut. Gave great feedback and suggestions based on some questions. Great balance between some casual conversation and focusing on cut. Included light massage and full washout. Looks great and is much better than what I have been getting at some chain locations for roughly the same price.

I took a last minute booking with Keri online for the next day, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I had to fix some dye that I had done in my hair throughout the last year at home, wanted to go closer to my natural color and add in some highlights. I went in expecting to have to bleach my hair and destroy it to get the result I wanted, but Keri immediately came up with a solution that didn't involve any really damaging work.

I absolutely love my hair, I feel so confident with it, and she introduced me to a super great heat protectant I've used consistently since then, as well as a plan to get the end result I want before my wedding in the fall without damaging my hair. Cannot recommend Keri enough!

Five senses is a wonderful place to visit for any type of spa service you might need! The staff is very friendly and kind throughout the entire visit. I felt very safe receiving service from them during the pandemic. They made sure I had the required documentation and they were following all protocols necessary to keep our community safe and healthy.

I appreciate the time and effort they clearly put in to make me feel comfortable during such a scary time. The ambiance of the facility is very relaxing and just what I was looking for. I received a massage from Angela, and she was everything I needed for my massage. She was so kind, respectful, and gave a fantastic massage. I definitely recommend Five Senses for any spa needs!

I went to Five Senses for a deep tissue massage and pedicure! My first ever professional massage, I have to say Angela did not disappoint! She was amazing is amazing. Her detail to making you comfortable and feeling completely relaxed is a talent in its own. However, I would not Recommend the pedicure service. Not worth $40 let me tell you! Libby hands down is not pleasant she seems bitter and uptight. The worse pedicure (if you call it that) I ever had.

Called to try and schedule styling, makeup and nails for my engagement photos the next day. My last place canceled on me and was feeling frustrated and frantic. Five senses spa was so helpful and was able to move things around to get me in and out in time for my photos! The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing! Will for sure be back :

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality My last 3 appointments here have been scheduled, confirmed, then Five Senses calls day of and says they must cancel on me. Incredibly bad service, lack of care for their customers. If you do get a service here, it is great, but good luck getting in. Even if you get an appointment, expect it to be cancelled day of.
