European Touch Day Spa

I've been having facials from Danuta at European Touch since 1990. She is an amazing and professional facial first. And I so much enjoy my time with her. We are so lucky to have such a highly skilled facialist in our community here In Winston Salem.

I've had many facials, but Danuta takes the typical results over the top. She has the expertise and care to know exactly what treatments and skincare products are best for your skin. I look forward to my monthly facials and have complete trust in her recommendations. Specifically the GUINOT products she has recommended are the best I've ever found- she has nailed her recommendations for me from GUINOT line European Touch carries. Im grateful to have found someone so knowledgeable and experienced who genuinely cares about her clients and their results. In the words of Paris # that's hot and # sliving define the European Touch experience.

I had a massage by Lynn and it was amazing. My shoulders feel better than they gave in 35 years as well as other body parts.

I have been coming here for about 4 years for the occasional pampering. My favorite things to get our the facials and the massages. Every time I receive excellant service and can't wait till I get to go back.

I went here for a 90 minute massage today. The massage itself was okay. However, the atmosphere was the most non-relaxing I've ever experienced. The massage room is right off of the front entrance and right in front of their manicure stations. The entire massage I constantly heard conversations and every greeting/phone call from reception. I even got to hear the zen sound of someone's fingernails being clipped.

It was absurd. The room itself was also too brightly lit to be relaxing. I was so disappointed in this massage experience. I never write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to spend their money on such a bad experience.

I have been a customer of European Touch for years and have always had a great experience. My most recent facial was a week ago and my skin still feels as if I just left the spa! Danuta and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. I would highly recommend European Touch to anyone.

I have been visiting European Touch for a couple of months due to bad acne. Before that, I had tried everything and nothing worked, so a friend recommended going to see Danuta. Danuta is extremely kind and she got to work immediately. Even though I have only had acne treatments, Danuta has always made sure that I am relaxed and comfortable. My acne has improved tremendously and my face is looking a lot better. I definitely recommend visiting if you have acne issues or if you want to relax in a very comforting and quiet environment.

Truly an amazing experience! From the time I entered to leaving. This was my very first time having a professional massage done and I've already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend European Touch Spa! 10 stars!

I received a gift certificate from my neighbor for a massage. It was amazing! Jana's salon is warm and welcoming. Her touch is wonderful! I've had many massages in my time, hers was one of the best! Can't wait to go back again and try her facials!

So good! I was on a trip and NEEDED to get my nails done. I called and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday. I wasn't sure what to expect but they went above and beyond my expectations. The vibe of the place is really relaxing. The staff greeted me warmly. They have sparkling water which is a plus. I don't remember who did my nails but she did an amazing job-thank you! Overall, I would recommend this place, but I am sure the locals are already aware of that : also pictured are my nails 3 days later and still lookin' good.

I've been to this day spa many times over the years. Always a great experience. Today was exceptional! I called mid afternoon to see if there was anything tmw or today. Claudia took my name and number to ask the therapist if she could stay later. She called back quickly and said yes 6pm. I got there about 10 mins early and the massage therapist Deborah was already waiting and took me to the room. (Steep steps BTW, in a former cottage).

We started early and finished late! I got about 20 mins extra time. I mean wow! And all my aliments we discussed were fully taken care of during the session. Even a nice eye mask for when laying on my back. I will book with her again. $80 vs $60 at a chain.there is no comparison!

I tried the 90 minute lumafirm service at this spa and it was truly an experience. I the way I felt leaving the place. The owner is very knowledgeable and was really pleasant. You can tell she knows her stuff. I'm thinking this is my new spot!

This is the perfect venue. Jana gives a very professional relaxing spa pedicure. She is very thorough in her pedicure. You come away relaxed and rejuvenated with very nice feet.
