Envy Salon & Spa was set up in September of 2007 by Doug DiCarlo. He has studied in London under Bumble & Bumble, as well as The Sam Brocata Hair Academy in New York in the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is a 1995 graduate of Villanova University, and received a M.S. in the year 2000 from Chestnut Hill College.
