Great massage! I'm a big girl though and the towels and robes were way too small, leaving a lot exposed. Would love to see there be more size options. Overall great place to relax and get a great massage!

I had an amazing experience. Everything was calm and relaxing. The staff was wonderful. Both my facialist, Mary Ann, and my massage therapist, Emily, checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy. The use of the sauna and the showers was a big plus for me. I would highly recommend The Dragontree to anyone!

This was for my mom's Spa treatment, I ordered her the Calm Clarity Spa package, and she did not receive the foot milk foot bath, the last treatment in the package. Instead, the spa offered her to come back 2 hours later, which I felt was inadequate for several reasons. The staff should have made more of an effort to fix the spa's error rather than inconveniencing their client and leaving her with a sub-par experience.

There was an offer for her to come back to receive a foot milk bath free of charge, but again, not a sufficient alternative making what was supposed to be an exceptional Mother's Day experience somewhat lacking. The 2 out of the 3 treatments my mom did receive from the package were great.

Katrina was very communicative and professional. I got exactly what I asked for as far as pressure and areas of focus. Amazing massage! The front desk staff was very professional, even helping me with some old gift cards to ensure they were updated and would work at a future date. I always have such a relaxing time at the Dragontree!

This was exactly the relaxation we needed! Our foot bath guide was attentive but not overly attentive, she taught us about the specific benefits of foot baths and cold water flashes, and gave us some great tips for recreating the experience at home. The ambiance in the entire building is so lovely. We felt relaxed the moment we walked in and the feeling has stayed with us long after our service. Thank you so much! It wasn't our first visit and it certainly won't be our last.

The facial I received was one of the best I've ever had! Mary Ann is excellent. The other staff was professional and kind. The spa is very welcoming. I had a great experience and will return next month.

My specialist was Tara and she was fantastic. I had a 90 minute muscle melt and I didn't want to leave. Tara was very attentive and made sure to check in often. Her service made the experience level's above what I was expecting. The sauna after all the knots were worked out was the best. Would highly recommend, also ask for Tara, she is amazing!

Wonderful, peaceful and therapeutic neck and foot massage done by kind and experienced practitioners. It was my granddaughters first spa experience and a very positive one for both of us.

Service was amazing from the time I entered. Andrew listened to my concerns and focus on treating the area. It's the first time I've had a massage and didn't hurt the next day! I will be back for regular treatments.

Staff were welcoming & helpful. This was a rescheduled appointment and when we had to cancel the 1st at the last minute, staff was gracious, understanding & accommodating. Massages were divine. Love, love, love Dragontree!

While me and my wife enjoyed our massage a lot and everything went very well.when we scheduled for the following month we had asked the front desk gal if they had 9am available again and she said no, but they could do the couples massage at 10am. So we said ok. The month of march came for our appointment and we were showering when we received a missed call about 9:07am asking where we were.

Apparently we had actually been scheduled for 9am and were now late. They were not going to accommodate us at 10am but could do the following weekend. They charged us for an appointment that we did not mess up! And scheduled us for the following weekend. So my wife called a couple days later and canceled the appointment. I'm extremely disappointed with the front desk. Very inefficient and we feel like we were scammed.

The entire experience was so wonderful and clearly well thought out. Absolutely loved the day and it was so special for my friend which was really important to me. Thank you!

The Dragontree was a spectacular experience. My therapist Corey did a transformative deep tissue massage and the front desk staff was lovely. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back!

McKenzie was a fabulous therapist who was very knowledgeable and skillful with her technique. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing. Everyone involved with the check-in and check-out were courteous. I would definitely go again.

Massage was absolutely amazing. Open communication about pressure was encouraged. Heather was very kind and knew exactly what she was doing to make the experience relaxing yet healing.

Loved this place during my stay in Portland. Front desk staff took great care of us and Mari gave me one of the best massages I've had. So relaxing! My friend had Heather and also said the same thing, so we both give them two big thumbs up. Very clean, and felt very safe during the pandemic.

This past weekend, I planned a spa day for myself and my boyfriend who was in need of some serious TLC after a long thru-hike. We did foot baths with foot massages, dry brushing, and 90-minute Swedish massages. I wanted to love every minute, but after spending $600, I left disappointed and having serious buyer's remorse. My massage was the worst massage I have ever received.

My therapist, whose name I'll omit out of respect, barely did anything. She'd push on a spot and then just drag her fingers down, but there was rarely any kneading work. I get massages at least once a month, and I even had a fabulous one at Dragontree a few months ago, so I know how they should go. This one felt lazy and like a kid was just dragging a finger on my skin, so much so that I was waiting for it to be over.

I have never felt that way before. My boyfriend said his massage was really great, so it really depends on who your therapist is. Unfortunately mine was more disappointing than any other place I've been to, and it was by no means cheap. For that reason, I probably won't recommend or return again.

I came in yesterday and my lower back was a dumpsterfire. I woke this morning and it was gone. I wish I remembered your name, slender blonde. I'll be back.

One of the best massages I've had. My therapist was Andrew. It felt highly personalised - a simple Swedish massage, but he listened to and responded to my body rather than going through the motions. He was not overbearing at all, yet found a way to gently check in a couple of times during the treatment. Keep in mind, their facilities are currently closed due to COVID, so no pre-massage sauna for the time being. Do try to come in 15 min late. I arrived right on time and felt a bit rushed.

Had an amazing experience! Did the Ayurvedic Skin Brushing, Swedish Massage, and Warm Milk Foot Bath. I will definitely be returning!

Incredible experience! The staff here are amazing. They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating in helping me organize treatments for a small group. Jennifer was so pleasant and kind with some last minute changes that came through. Collectively we experienced the Heel to Head Heaven, hour long massages and a facial. Our group has had plenty of experience with body treatments and each felt we received the best massages, facials and experiences we've ever had.

The environment is an oasis in the middle of bustling Portland from the moment you enter. Every space we encountered was impeccably clean, comfortable and lovely. Cannot wait to go back!

I am getting married in 3 days. I had a facial scheduled for yesterday and they had to cancel an hour before the scheduled time. But they went the extra mile to reschedule me for today. Everyone was so kind and supportive! MaryAnn did the facial and was fantastic! I'm going to schedule one every six weeks with her from now on! Thank you everyone at Dragontree! I really appreciate your caring and supportive staff! Getting married at 70 yrs., you want to look your best! Wink wink!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! After an 8h drive up from Eureka, CA, I got a call from a friend telling me he has a gift card for Dragontree and if I want to use it. Hell yea! Booked this place for me and my partner for the day we arrived in Portland, treating ourselves after the long drive. Both our massages were incredibly relaxing. It was actually my partner's first and he is not hooked!

The place is big, spotless clean (COVID is still a thing - they were really good about telling people to sanitize and wash hands) and we felt very relaxed from the first time we stepped in. Would totally come back again next time we're in Portland.
