Dana Douglas received her certification from Mt. Nittany Institute of Natural Health in December of 2000 where she acquired skills in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Shiatsu. Since then she has taken numerous continuing education classes including: Advanced Myofascial Techniques (CAMT), Geothermal Therapy (hot & cold stone massage), CranioSacral Therapy, and Lymph Drainage Therapy. She is also a student of Zero Balancing. She obtained a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2003.

So I have chronic migraines and horribly tense neck and shoulders from working at a desk all day. Lacee makes that all go away! She is amazing! She has such a wonderful calming presence and she manages to find spots that are tight or sore that I didn't even know about! Dragonfly is such a nice place I cannot recommend it enough. Great prices, super nice staff and a calming environment. Make sure you request Lacee for your next massage!

I never had a massage before. I was nervous because of scaring and weight. They treated me with kindness and respect. They are great to talk to and the atmosphere very relaxing. I also got a facial. I felt like butter after. Its an amazing and no where near as expensive as I imagined. If you want a great experience, go there. You can book on line!

I have had facials from many spas including high end ones in New York, L.A., Miami & even a few European ones. This place gave me a facial that could easily compare to those places and even outrank a few. Tracy's techniques were fabulous and the products they use are excellent. If getting a facial every week was actually good for you I would be here every 6-7 days.

I've enjoyed daily massages for many years but never cupping with massage, since I've been going to Jason at Dragonfly, I've noticed a bigger, better difference in how I feel, he gives a great deep tissue massage and with the cupping included I have noticed a huge difference in body movement, like with my neck and hips, I had a hip replacement last year and I now have more freedom of movement with it, I highly recommend and advice this kind of therapy! I'm extremely satisfied with my massage therapist, Jason!

I have always had positive experiences at Dragonfly (massage, chiropractic, and classes) and everyone there is pleasant to work with. Jason is a very skilled massage therapist who is easy to communicate with and thoughtful about taking your particular needs/problems into account. He also learns new modalities (e.g., cupping therapy) and combines modalities to achieve the best effect. I highly recommend.

This summer I starting going to Jason Narber at Dragonfly Massage and Day Spa to help work through the pain of a hamstring strain. I am so glad I did! Jason was recommended to me by a physical therapist in town because of the painless cupping technique he incorporates into massage sessions. Cupping helps to reduce pain and inflammation and is used to increase blood flow. Jason can explain it even better!;- Jason's massages are wonderful, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to work through pain, to relax, and just to all around feel better.

I highly recommend Jason, and the Dragonfly team. He is always punctual, the rooms are clean and quiet! I love the DoTerra essential oils that always have the room smelling amazing. After persistent hip problems, Jason incorporated cupping into my massage, which has been a game changer for me. I am able to do activities, like running, for the first time in years!

Lorraine was awesome! She helped me find coordinating colors for my pedicure and gel manicure, and took her time making my nails look great! Very relaxing and lots of color choices. Lorraine was so nice and patient, definitely going back. Also, the prices are great compared to other nail salons where they spend half the time and effort. It was very professional and clean as well.
