In 2002 I started a yoga practice that changed my destiny forever. For the first time in my life, I started caring about my health. I started receiving somewhat regular massages and began to better myself through the practice of yoga & meditation. I set forth an on-going journey of healing through these practices. It was this foundation that forged my path in the healing arts; I decided that I would try to help people tap into their own divine healing powers. After receiving training for Hatha Yoga Instruction at the Shambhava School of Yoga in 2004, I started teaching yoga. Eventually my path led to the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado for my training as a Massage Therapist.
For the past 2 years I have practiced massage as a profession. I am very grateful to have a job that allows me to be of service to my fellow humans, work for myself and still enjoy time with family. I live and work in my hometown of Denver with my two cats Noel & Elvis and my husband Kevin. Most of the time I commute to my downtown office via bicycle, always enjoying this great city. I feel blessed to be in the profession I have chosen; I get to help people and have a beautiful, meaningful yet simple life. I plan to continue my education in the healing arts and continue to grow on my path in life. Every day is a gift!
