This work is rooted in Love. A deep Eozoic level of Love that oozes Empathy, dwells in Possibility, walks in Action & stands in Accountability. When I began pondering tag lines for communion, I learned the word transubstantiation. A word I'd never heard of, which fascinates me as a recovering Catholic, since its church doctrine. We're using this definition: "Conversion of one substance into another." And also, communion for me has always represented the joining of community for the purpose of feeding our spirit & body.

I've been playing with colors, painting walls, creating art & sanctuary since I was a young child. When I was about 6, I got the chicken pox AND my first needlepoint project. When I was 11, we built our first house and I helped clear the trees, stain the woodwork and cut the floor tiles. When I was 17, I was allowed to paint my room any color(s) I wanted and each wall was a different color.
Recently we received a gift of yummy chocolates in the mail from our fabulous realtor & family friend, Alicia with Real Estate Design (RED) Group. It was SO MUCH FUN to get a surprise in the mail that was pretty & delicious! And it was a really nice reminder of something I loved as a child, the rare opportunity to go to the ice cream parlor.

I've been to 3 other massages places: Massage Envy, Papillion Day Spa, and Kenneth's Salon and Day Spa. They didn't hold a candle to the wonders Diane Fisher at Sunfisher Studios did for my aches and pains. Truthfully, I didn't like the massages I received from the other places; they were pretty rough and didn't seem to do much.

I was starting to feel massages were pointless. I'm very glad I gave Sunfisher Studios a try, because now I know how effective a good massage can be at relieving pain. I even scheduled a pregnancy massage in my 3rd trimester when EVERYTHING hurt. That was the most relief I felt during that entire pregnancy, and it was just one session. She is very good at reading bodies and figuring out what needs the most work, even when you can't quite pinpoint where the problem areas are. Not only that, but the environment she creates is so calming and peaceful, the whole experience is great for the body, mind and soul.
