Megan understood immediately my pain and my fears. She guided me through as series of exercises in a therapy pool that improved my confidence and physical ability. She was right there in the water with me, helping and encouraging me through each exercise. Megan is a gentle and supportive therapist.
Come and learn about deep water exercises that will increase your postural awareness and abdominal strength. Find out how you can gain core stability with water exercises. Laura is incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful in her approach. My teenage son had a serious knee injury (patellar tendon rupture and broke his tibia) and, over the course of about 3 months, Laura was cautious yet worked him through a wide range of exercises primarily in the pool when he was not able to do much on land, and then in the weight room.

She made it fun, and most importantly, he progressed safely and quickly in his recovery. During the pool PT portion of my son's recovery, Laura collaborated beautifully, and multiple times, with another physical therapist who saw my son as well as the surgeon and the surgeon's office team. Laura is a lovely person who took interest in my son as an individual and also took interest in and cared about our family (as these types of injuries affect the whole family!). Thank you so much, Laura, you've been terrific with us!

I was in town visiting family and complained of lingering pain in my wrist. My cousin suggested that I reach out to Laura Diamond. It was a Sunday, and she was willing to take time to see me. I gained confidence that my discomfort would finally resolve. The entire experience was way beyond my expectations! Thank you, Laura. I highly recommend her services!
