Deep Tissue and Swedish Relaxation Massage
I have found my place! I've worked all kinds of jobs from pumping gas in college to corporate America and I never felt at home. Well for the last 4 years I've been able to do what I love, Deep Tissue and Swedish Relaxation Massage. People are happy to see me and even more so when their done with their massage session. Well that's enough about me, whats going on with you? Does your body hurt? Is it a new pain or something that you've been living with for some time? Deep Tissue Massage can help!
I've dedicated myself to learning a wide variety of deep tissue massage techniques aimed at restoring health and normal function to the soft tissues of our bodies. I've studied the application of these massage techniques from our joint capsules on outward to our skin. If your suffering from pain associated with muscle or joint stiffness please allow me to help.
From Our Website
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of massage that focuses on releasing the bodies deep myofascial restrictions of muscles, tendon and ligaments addressing deep-seated muscle pains. The purpose is to "unstick" the fibers of a muscle while releasing deeply-held patterns of tension, removing toxins, while relaxing and soothing the muscle. It is both corrective and therapeutic. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage. However, you should feel better than ever within a day or two.
