Went there to get a spray tan, waited over an hour to find out the machine was broken. Turns out my friend was in the machine and it stopped halfway through! She only got her front part of her body with tan. Didn't even give us a voucher. Service: Tanning

Always love getting my hair cut here. They wash your hair and you can sit in massage chairs. I think my last hair wash was 15 mins and it was very relaxing. Always a reliable hair cut.

I moved to Fort about three years ago and having been going to Crimson ever since and love it! Great salon with great ambience. Very professional & friendly staff and love how for a cut my stylist will wash, style and then curl my hair too. I also now have a new stylist Emmalee, as my old one moved on and I love Emmy!

I love haircut day! I plan my whole life around it. I cut and color every 6 weeks so I am here a lot. The staff are friendly, yes, but my stylist, Kim, is amazing. My boys also come for haircuts here. They also enjoy the experiences. (Sorry, husband doesn't have hair!) Sum it up -- I have been coming to Crimson since it opened. and have never had a bad haircut, service or a complaint. I am a huge fan. Thanks you for what you do!
