My first time getting a facial and a massage. I was looking for a nice place because the other ones look sketchy. I booked an appointment and was pleased with the service they did. Both facial and massage were relaxing and I think what I paid was worth it. The environment was very welcoming, I even got a mimosa after my facial while I waited for my massage. Great place. I recommend it.

Not very welcoming atmosphere. First time client, and expected more. I was disappointed. Once I spoke up and let staff know that the experience they were giving was not very welcoming or satisfying as a first time client, the laser technician did make it a point to make me feel comfortable once in the chair.

I had a European Facial & massage, & GOOD LORD! by the end of it I felt great. So relaxed, I Love how I was treated. Robin did a great job with my facial My face has never been so smooth & Soft. Elisa was amazing she had me feeling like my Body was made of Jello. I would definitely come back here again.

I have been going to Creekside Day Spa every month for several years for an hour long massage, and it has changed my life! Elisa has worked magic on my muscles - I no longer have difficulty with my back, plantar fasciitis is gone, and no more tension headaches! She is super friendly and professional, and the staff is always wonderful as well. I recommend Creekside to all of my friends and family, and especially recommend Elisa for an outstanding massage!

I went for an hour and a half massage. Told the lady my neck & shoulder were causing me extreme pain & have a huge knot that she'd feel. She never once touched my neck. The head massage was nothing more than her parting my hair with her nails. Never once asked me if the pressure was ok. When she told me she was done I was in more pain than when I came in.
I told her my neck was hurting, she found huge knot & said "you should have told me". I did. Before I even told you my name. So she said she'd give me a coupon for $20 off my next massage. Guess what she never gave me. Go elsewhere. Not worth the price. It's really sad to say but Massage Envy is better.

Today I had my very first facial. Linda was my esthetician and she was the sweetest! Very knowledgeable on skin regimens and products. Made me feel comfortable and the setting was clean and calm. I will definitely be back and can't wait to spoil my skin some more! Looking forward to awesome results! Thank you Creekside!

Great customer service the nice lady who did my facial was lovely. If you're going for extractions I absolutely do not recommend at all. I went in to get my blackheads/white heads cleaned out and left literally the same. A nose strip would've done the same. No difference at all. Upsetting because for the price I at least wanted my nose pores cleaned.
