I had the pleasure of my massage being done by Kara. She really listened to what my issues were and worked out a plan that best suited my needs. The massage was exactly what I needed: perfect pressure, relaxing, and helped all of my sore areas. Would highly recommend her!

As an athlete, I've had a lot of massages, and Corey Proffit stands far and above the rest. I've been looking for someone with attention to detail in a massage, someone who pays attention not just to specific muscles but strands of specific muscles, and Kara was perfect. She sat me down and asked about specific areas and was willing to spend the entire time in those muscle groups and muscles relating to them. Super friendly and definitely will be back!

Recently, I had been experiencing pain in my right upper arm for over a month, which was gradually becoming disabling. I tried chiropractic adjustments and heat/cold therapy, as well as OTC pain meds and topical treatments. I eventually went to my PCP who ordered a set of xrays (which revealed nothing that would be causing the pain) and referred me to PT, who examined, stretched, and assigned exercises for me to do 3 times a day and see him weekly.

None of these solved my problem, in fact, things seemed to be getting worse. Over the past few months, I have become a regular client of Lauren Hicks at Corey Proffitt Studios. She worked my shoulder area once in an attempt to relieve the issue. Unfortunately, that first time didn't help a lot. However, believing that MASSAGE THERAPY is THE way to resolve many problems, we tried again. this time with GREAT success!

Her efforts brought an 80% improvement, and I believe my next appointment will continue this trend. I can't express how grateful I am to have found Lauren! I have used massage therapy since 2005 and know it has brought relief and saved me thousands of dollars on dr/PT visits as well as medications. Being relatively new to Lexington, I have been searching for almost two years to find a massage therapist here. Thankfully, I have FINALLY found my new therapy home!

Everything about my experience with Corey Proffitt Studios went above and beyond my expectations. From his inviting demeanor to his relaxing space. For me as a busy mom of 4 small kids my shoulders take a beating. Yes I might have added insult to injury from a burpee in a boot camp class. I used to be 20 and able to do it all. Well after months of shoulder pain limiting all of my activities and waking me up through the night Mr. Corey worked his magic with his Frequency Specific Microcurent Therapy.

It was amazing. He went right to the source of my pain and relaxed my muscles. Literally took him seconds to transform my shoulder. I am still blown away at how quickly his therapy relieved my pain. I went in for a relaxing massage but when I told him I have shoulder pain he let me know I was in the right place and wow lucky me was I ever. I am a month out from that treatment and I still have full use of my shoulder!

It felt like a miracle. Get in to see him if you can. With magic hands like his he is booked solid so try Lauren while you wait for an opening. There is no doubt that Corey only works with the best so if she passes his standards she will work for mine! Is there any way to give more than 5 stars?! This place is the best kept secret! Really the next step for Corey would be to start teaching as he is a true master! He may already teach I don't know but with a gift like his, it just has to be shared!

This is the best kept secret in Lexington. Corey is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable in what he does! If you are looking to be balanced, relaxed and come out with a new attitude on your body feeling better I suggest book an appointment! I am a military person who is extremely hard on their body. I have never met someone who asked what I needed in a service and received exactly what I wanted. His experience and education surpasses all others! His establishment is clean, well kept and acceptable for anyone concerned about COVID. Call now!

Today I received the best massage therapy of my life at Corey Profitt's studio. The room was beautiful and relaxing. The combination of hands on therapy, and using modern technology to help with pain and relaxation is beyond five stars. If your considering booking an appointment here DO NOT hesitate. Aside from being an amazing person, Corey Proffitt is one of the most professional massage therapist I have known. He is kind, considerate, thoughtful and gives the best massage I have experienced. From the time you step in his studio, he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable while respecting your privacy and tailoring a treatment plan that is appropriate for your needs. There's a reason he stays booked. He may be one of the best kept secrets in Lexington! I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I had my first massage with Lauren today and she is AMAZING! I am pregnant and she took the time to address any concerns and problem areas I may have, and even noticed some problematic areas herself while doing my massage. The environment was so relaxing and comfortable. Corey is amazing as well and made sure to contact me with his personal cell before in case I had any questions or concerns, and followed up after my massage with Lauren as well. I will DEFINITELY be back and would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing massage experience.

I have had several massages in the past but it's always been a little awkward since it was a therapist I had just met. Although, I had just met Cory, he made me feel at ease. The room was inviting and calming and I was already relaxed before the session began. He was able to work out a knot I've had in my back for months! He also has this amazing cream that I've been using on my aching feet. It was such a great experience I purchased a session for my friend. I would highly recommend Cory and I will definitely schedule future appointments.

My massage was with Corey's associate therapist, Lauren, and she was wonderful! She was really attentive to my problem areas and had great pressure. She was also great with communicating and making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back to see her soon! I highly recommend this massage studio.

I have TMJ. Corey was very knowledgeable about this problem. After my first visit, I felt improvement. I will definitely be returning because he seems to have a wealth of knowledge and sincerely wants to help people in pain. So glad I found him! Five stars for sure.

Corey gives the most wonderful massages! He pays special attention to your needs and I always feel a million times better after a massage (mentally and physically). There is honestly no need to go to any other massage therapist, Corey is the best!

Just knowing Corey is soothing in itself! The massage was truly amazing and super relaxing; it helped so much with muscle issues I had been having not to mention it did amazing things for my sinus trouble. Highly recommend!!!

Computer and high stress trigger my headaches. I have very tight neck & back muscles. Corey is a good listener and focuses therapy on the key areas. Within a few minutes, I get relief. If you walk/ run - Corey offers Reflexology on your feet. It is amazing. He also mixes essential oils based on each persons issues. (Other therapists in town charge extra fee for this).

He has a special custom-made, heated massage table that helps my muscles relax. It is my Best Escape - no computer and no cell phone. My treat to myself each month. I I hope you will enjoy it too.
