Columbine Massage Therapy PC

I had a five star experience with Danielle at Columbine Day Spa! Getting a massage is a rare treat for me, but she did not disappoint. I had such knots in my back, they were raised when I lay down. But she took it as a cheerful challenge to take care of that pain and alleviate the tension, and was genuinely happy to help! The environment was totally serene, but not weird or dulling.

I could not have felt more comfortable and relaxed. Corrine targeted my problem points just perfectly, effectively but not painfully, and she was just a joyful, sweet person to be around. I highly recommend, and would go back in a second!

This place is completely SHADY. We had a $366 gift certificate for a couples deluxe spa day. I called and spoke with whom I'm presuming is the owner (?) to book and she looked up our gift certificate in the system to book our appointment. The next day I was able to get in touch again (which is difficult to do to begin with, I had tried to book with them on numerous occasions but they seldom answer their phone then, somehow, are always fully booked); I asked if we could opt out of the lunch that was included in the price of the certificate and keep the credit to use at a future date - this was confirmed.

After going to Columbine and receiving our 90 minutes couple massage (where the male massage therapist made me feel slightly uncomfortable), we went to tip (quite groggy at this point, mind you) and were told that our gift certificate was expired. Confused, we showed the email that had no expiration date in sight. She told us that we were wrong and that the massage therapists would not be paid (even though she received a full $366 when the gift certificate was purchased).

She said we needed to pay at least $110 for each massage therapist in order for them to receive anything for their service. She made us feel terrible so, still confused, we paid the $220. As soon as we got home we found the attachment on the email of the actual certificate, which had the day of our massage listed as the expiration date. We then looked at our credit card bill, which reported a charge of $264 (not $220, which she said was being charged as a "tip" so should not have been taxed etc).

We are completely disappointed with her deceit, her not telling us anything about an even alleged expiration date when we booked with her, and waiting until we had a 90 minute massage to bamboozle us, threatening that her employees would not be paid. So unprofessional, please consider another day spa to go to that will honor their word.

My daughter and I went to this establishment on October 24, 2020. I will admit that I let the look of the place gave me pause. However, let me say that the service that we received was amazing and it was clean. We got massages and facials. The massage was wonderful, but let me say that the Osmosis Facial was AHHHHHHHMAAAZING. My face had a nice natural glow and it was super soft.

My face was so soft that I just wanted to keep touching it. I will be returning. Update: I visited Columbine again on 5/26/22 and the visit was as wonderful as the first. It is only fair that I give another review as time has passed since my first visit. I enjoyed the same services except for this time I used a gift certificate. I scheduled my appointment online without issue.

I appreciate that the owner followed up with me several times to confirm my appointment as well as confirm my preferences to ensure my comfort during my visit. I know people like to go the chain establishments but don't sleep on the small businesses. As I previously reviewed I will be returning.

Danielle gave me the BEST prenatal massage! I was relaxed and comfortable for my whole session. She also worked on some sore muscles that I've been having for a while. Highly recommend her to anybody.

Parking was tough. Very welcoming inside. My massage was amazing. I don't remember her name but she has an accent. She really worked out my problem areas. I'll definitely schedule again soon.

Our daughter bought us a couples massage with a lunch for our birthday. This place is FANTASTIC! We were greeted with ice water and cucumber. Our wait was short as we had arrived early, but still slightly ahead of schedule. Larry and Marianna were the team who did the massages. They were professional to the core respecting our modesty. The tables are heated with a sheet and blanket on top.

We were given a choice of citrus or lavender for aroma. The ambient lighting was perfect, and the music was low yet relaxing as well. The spa is very clean and small discussions of rooms that needed clean supplies could be overhead. After the massage we were put in a private room and served with our lunch. It was a VERY pleasant experience. The overall feeling of the environment is that they take their employees skill and character serious.

We were treated with respect without hesitation from the second we stepped in the door to our exit. I absolutely recommend this spa to anyone! I will most definitely revisit for myself and gift certificate to loved ones!

I had a facial and massage package and both of those were really a great experience. The people there are very professional and super nice!

My child and I did a spa day for our birthdays here. It was wonderful. The services were lovely and extremely relaxing. The staff was super friendly and attentive. It was a great experience all in all. I would do it again.

I got an awesome birthday present from the boyfriend. This entailed a head-to-toe massage facial and pedicure. Everybody here is professional in a location is lovely. I would recommend this to anybody who needs an all-day spa.

I have to say it was a good experience overall for mine and my wife's first massage. I think there was only one hiccup throughout the entire experience and I feel like that boiled down to some kind of clerical miscommunication. (We didn't bother bringing it up with them) when we made a reservation we had selected two female masseuses and for whatever reason (not that it ended up being a problem) there was only one available, but again that really isn't much of an issue at all as we were both satisfied at the end of the day. Tldr: place is great I recommend, they were great for our first time.

We had a fabulous couples massage with Larry and Danielle. It was extremely relaxing and therapeutic! Columbine Day Spa provides exceptional service, is very clean and calm. Highly recommend and will definitely book more visits! Loved it!

My mom and I got facials and it was amazing! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and offered water! It was in such a quiet and great place! I can't wait to go back!

My husband bought me one of the spa massage packages for our anniversary. It was the most perfect gift he could have given me. I walked in feeling tired, parched, stressed, and just generally feeling down. I left feeling like 2 million dollars. Kind, compassionate, mindful, meditative. My experience was more than just being pampered and getting a massage. I received mindful holistic body and being healing. Thank you so much for the work you do. I will never go anywhere else. Scheduled a couples day spa treatment for my girlfriend and I as a surprise gift for valentine's day and Columbine Massage made it very special. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left nothing but satisfied. The Massage and facials were very relaxing and comfortable. I did fall asleep several times lol soothing atmosphere.

I'm all about honest reviews. I went to this spa with my husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary and got the couples massage and facial. This is honestly one of the weirdest places I have ever been. Firstly, we arrived a little late which is totally our fault, we aren't from here and there was a lot of snow, leaving with even 45 mins from 30. mins away destination made for a tight ETA.

So upon us being late everything seemed kind of awkward and rushed. The staff acted somewhat frantic, or like they hadn't done this before. They quickly advised that we could pick a lunch off of a smallish menu, that included hot dogs (I am not sure who comes to a spa and orders a hot dog?). The lunch.

We came for a couples massage and had a wonderful experience. We will be coming back! Can't wait to come down again! See you guys soon!

The massage was okay. The professionalism was mediocre. The therapist didn't review my paperwork and proceeded to tell me what and where they would be working and only focused on the areas I requested for a brief time (keep in mind we had a 90 min couples massage). Not to mention I left with bruises. I am very familiar with massage and know that. even if you ask for deep tissue you should not leave bruised. This was supposed to be a treat for my birthday and I ended up disappointed. Don't get me started on the lack of privacy we also were exposed to.

My husband and I just love the spa. Everyone is very personable and they treat us like family. We love coming to get couples massages and soaking in the hot tub. The rain forest showers are very nice too!
