I've thought about my experience here and even tried to blame myself. thinking I should have not put my trust in my injectors hands. But you really should be able to trust someone that is altering your face. Period. I would not recommend. I moved my schedule around for the whole day to take this appointment, went in for a service that I have gotten before and LOVED (under eye filler).

I have struggled with my under eyes for as long as I can remember. My Injector would not do the service and said "she wants to put some filler in my cheeks". I lost the feeling in my gum line, lip, and nose for 1 and a half months. My face looks like I gained weight and overall chunky. I have been upset about it since I left but did not want to cause drama or upset anyone. I am getting the filler dissolved somewhere else by a highly recommended injector. $850 casually and quickly down the drain.

I have been going to Charleston Medical Spa for almost a year now, and the quality of work is better than any other spa I have been to. I have seen more improvement in my skin this year than I ever before. I get Hydrafacials and Microneedling done fairly regularly with Abbey! I never feel rushed, she is very thorough, and explains everything in detail! 5/5!

Sarah is a 10:10. I've been going to Sarah for 3 years and today was my first lip filler appointment. I was pretty nervous. Between the amazing numbing cream and Sarah (and her trainee's) banter- it was easy peasy! Can't wait to see the final results in a few days. Already in love. They are the best. Xx Service: Lips

I took my mom and myself for a consultation/facial which we were able to book consecutively. The staff were prompt and polite. I was treated by Torie and was very happy with her service and consultation, she was almost intuitive about what I was looking for. My mom's treatment was lovely for her. The spa itself is clean and pretty. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back

Just went in for my first skincare consult with Samara. I've been to medical spas, dermatologists, etc. over the past couple years and this was by far the most genuine experience I've had. Thank you for spending time to explain everything to me, it did not feel rushed at all. I look forward to scheduling my treatment.

I have been going to Charleston Medical Spa for a couple months now as I have just moved to the area. I was really enjoying my experience there until my last experience. I decided to go to them for Botox since I felt comfortable there. Unfortunately my Botox was administered wrong and resulted in droopy eyelids. I reached out to them to let them know and the customer service and care I received was less then none.

There solution was to come in and get more Botox. I have gotten Botox before and never had this issue happen so since it did happen the first time receiving Botox at this location I was not comfortable returning, which I expressed to the owner Lisa. She responded there was nothing else she would offer. I found this extremely rude and did not care about my feelings at all.

As you get Botox to help with flaws and then I was left with a whole new set of flaws that was very upsetting to me, I could barley lift my eyes to put my contacts in or put mascara on. Due to this experience I will not be returning for any type of service. I highly recommended going to a dermatologist for Botox, and hope no one has to experience what I have. Yes, they have offered me Botox at no charge but they are not understanding that I am not comfortable receiving more Botox at this time and are not sympathetic at all to how I feel.

I never said anyone was rude, just not understating my frustration on how upsetting something is when it goes wrong on your face. Also I did not say anything about that droopy eyelid can not happen, I am just saying it happen to me on my first time getting Botox at your location.

Morgan is absolutely amazing! I have had my eyebrow a microbladed by her a couple times now and I 100% wouldn't trust anyone else to alter my face. Her work has changed my life! Service: Microblading

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value Got Botox done with Leslie, and she was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She was also good at injecting to where the majority of them didn't even hurt. Xeomin was $9 a unit (a current special) - can't beat it!

Best laser hair removal experience today with Morgan! She was so sweet and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and patient. She did a very thorough job of performing and explaining my procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her!
