I would give this place no stars if possible. I understand student massages are not professional massages but the experience I had was horrible. I REPEATEDLY asked for firm pressure and to focus on my neck and back, but the student refused to use firm pressure and instead barely touched my skin and did nothing for my tight muscles and didn't even touch my neck. Additionally, the student used BIOFREEZE on my entire body without asking instead of a regular massage oil/lotion so my skin was burning the entire time and for hours afterwards. Further, the room was FREEZING I was shivering the entire time and even asked for an extra sheet and was told there was none.and the Biofreeze made it worse.

I also paid for a full hour massage and when I checked the clock at the "end" of my massage, there was still 15 minutes left of the hour and the student had left the room and was no where to be seen. I have tried to contract the school via telephone to report my experience and cannot reach anyone. Save your money and just get a professional massage elsewhere.

I had an opportunity to get a massage from a student message therapist, Baylee, last week. She payed great attention to my tension in specific area. She focused her attention there and was able to offer such great relief. For my first time it was a great experience in a very clean and friendly facility.

Friendly and professional. I have gone three times for massages when I had a muscle knots / nerve pain and every time a student has been able to resolve my problems with excellent skills and great communication. Great price for one hour. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I get that a student massage won't be as good as with a professional, but my experience here was so disappointing. The massage room was freezing, the sheet covering the table looked disheveled and the room itself was stark- just one chair to put my clothes. No color, no softness or design, nothing. I've been to massage schools before and they try to make the experience as much like what you'd find in a professional studio so that students learn how to deliver that kind of experience. This was a bad massage in a cold stark room. The best I can say about it was that it was cheap.

Don't go here if you like to have your appointment honored. They are quick to charge your CCard but when you arrive on time for your appointment they don't know what your talking about {so they say} Looks like they like to Double Book and play dumb when you arrive. Will do my best to let everyone i know to avoid this place!

Had been to several chiropractors, but focusing on muscle was probably what I needed all along if not the combination. Stress relieving and overall health improvement, I highly recommend this place. I booked a 1 hour massage session (wish I had gone with 1 1/2 hours to fully cover everything) from a student (thank you Aden) for only $40. Will definitely be returning, thanks again.

Will not be using this place again. I scheduled a massage for. My wife and I 2 weeks ago and on the day of the massage an hour before it was to happen they call and say they can't do it because the student weren't trained in hot stone massage yet. They did offer to do a regular massage instead. If they had given me more notice I wouldn't be leaving this review but an hour notice is unacceptable.

After several good massages at their student clinic I had an experience that turned me off for good. I arrived at their office to find a note on the door that they had moved. No one had mentioned this to me on the phone. I walked back to my car and drove to their new office, arriving 10 minutes late. I did not have my cell phone with me so was unable to call.

When I got to the office I was in for a surprise: no one was there! I stood there and called for someone for five minutes and no one appeared. I even walked around the clinic a little and didn't see anyone. The new offices were very run down and featured flickering flourescent lights, neither of which inspired confidence.
