Wow, this place is awesome. We stayed in room 604 (the cottage) and it had the best view of the bay. Room had nice open windows and cool patio. Bed was comfortable and the tub was great! It was quite place and I wish we would have stayed longer. Definitely will come back.

Room was clean and staff was friendly, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. You could see two indents in the bed. The room was right on the street and really noisy. Parking was not included and we were charged $35 per night in the public lot across the street. We later found out this was overpriced because the lots directly only charge $25-30 per day. We expected more for a room that was $470+ a night.

Spacious, well-furnished room with balcony overlooking the bay. Exceptional service from staff. Excellent location near restaurants and shops. Good sound proofing to reduce street noise.

Wonderful place to go away and celebrate our anniversary! Beautiful views, several posh firepits to sit around and sip drinks at, even bath tubs! I was so happy about the bathtub and spaciousness of the rooms. The front desk also gave us a goodie bag of treats and offered free snacks from the front. Highly recommend!

Requested early check in at Noon in advance of 4/23/22 one night reservation (check in is 4p). Of course, not guaranteed - but when I went back to the desk after 3pm to check status - the gal at the desk said "WE HAVE PRIORITY ROOMS TO CLEAN BEFORE YOURS" when I asked if she could simply call housekeeping for an ETA. So I guess the $600 I spent for one night puts you on the bottom of the totem poll.

Finally got into room at exactly 4pm. We checked out at 430am next morning to go to SFO - wonder if they made the next guest wait 'til 4 to get in the room. Bell personell very nice - too bad front desk did not receive better training - will not go back

Friendly staff and location was perfect for our company team outing! Bernadette (Casa Madrona) and Suzie (Poggio) were amazing in terms of all the logistics! Definitely recommend to everyone!

My wife surprised me with a trip to beautiful Sausalito for my 50th birthday! We stayed at Casa Madrona for one night before heading to Napa. This boutique hotel epitomizes serenity, tranquil beauty and sincere customer service! The location is second to none and the overall aesthetic is an absolute dream! We will definitely be back! Thank you Casa Madrona for making my 50th birthday a wonderful experience that I'll NEVER forget!

Courteous staff, great property, generous size rooms, excellent location on the waterfront and street has plenty of restaurants of all types. Bonus is that the entire street is pedestrian friendly. Really liked staying here. It's far away from SF city but still not far away (just a 30 mins. ferry ride away)

Small but beautiful hotel with excellent service. The room interior is beautifully decorated with sea view (we stayed in Suite 603). No valet service but parking permit was provided to park in the front public parking lots or in the upper back area of the hotel. This is our second time we stay here and will definitely come back.
