I've left 2 voicemails requesting an appointment and haven't received a call back. I called today and was on hold for about 5 minutes before I was told they are short staffed and would take my info and call me tomorrow. When I referenced the messages I've already left, I was referred to another local chiropractor.

I'm very surprised that I am writing this review based on the positive reviews posted. But here are my impressions. I was very disappointed that as a healthcare facility there were not stringent COVID protocols in place. The employees do not wear masks - they are optional for clients. Vaccination status is not asked. I did not observe additional cleaning and sanitation processes between clients. The staff was pleasant but the initial consultation was void of any personalization- it seemed very rote and like a sales pitch. Just not the right fit for me.
