This place is bliss! maybe it was the impending spa date or maybe it was just the perfect combination of wholesome food in a relaxing environment with kind and attentive customer service.

Service, food, drink was amazing. Food is always great and fresh. Cesar salad is my go to with seared tuna. Summer was my server and she's amazing as always. Great atmosphere. So relaxing.

It was our first time here since we are staying at The Palazzo and decided to grab breakfast here. Manny(Manuel) was our waiter and he was very nice and recommended amazing options. I had 2 cups of Caramel Lattes here and wow, that coffee is AMAZING! That's why I had 2 cups. And I had the beefy chorizo omelette and it comes with a small spinach salad and wow, truly tasty!

I would definitely come back to this place to have breakfast. And thank you Manny for being amazing, friendly, patient, and helpful. I truly appreciate it so much for providing great service!

We chose this place as they had healthy options and organic ingredients and the food was spot on with that exceptions. However, there were some hiccups. First, the good: - The carrot juice was fresh and without sugar - win! - Coffee was hot and tasted good. - We ordered the eggs with potatoes, bacon and toast and avocado toast with poached eggs. The eggs were perfect - ours were omelettes with spinach, bell peppers, mushroom and goat cheese, and they were yummy.

The whole wheat toast was crisp and the butter and jam were perfect. The meh: The avocado toast was bland and could have been better. The BAD: We asked for a 2-egg scramble instead of 3, and the server pointed out that all omelette/scrambles were of 3 eggs if we chose that menu option (Omelette & Tofu scramble), so we can choose the 2-egg All American breakfast option instead, which we did. So, we ordered the eggs as omelettes with our choice of stuff, chose bacon out of bacon/sausage option and the whole wheat toast.

In our bill though, we were charged for the omelette separately and sides of bacon. To be clear, adding $12 to a bill might not seem much, but that goes against what we were advised to take. I had not checked the bill before signing, and when I called back from my room about this, I was told any omelette that has stuff added to it, cannot be billed under "All American breakfast".

I don't mind the rules, but we were not told that while ordering, and it is not quite square. Which is why this review has 3 stars and not 4 (1 star less for the avocado toast)

Stopped in before getting a facial at the spa. Had low expectations but the food exceeded our expectations. I got the seared tuna tacos and my friend got the fish tacos. Both were very good and the portions were large.

Came here for our first brunch in Vegas on my siblings recommendation. First let me begin by saying that it is not easy to get to from the Venetian side of the resort. Next once you take the LONG walk there it definitely is not anything fancy. However after the long walk there I figured I would give it a go. Our waiter was very friendly and definitely tried to get us to order drinks.

Now onto the food. We had tacos as there really wasn't many options to select from. The food was ok but in my opinion a bit over priced. I would say to steer clear of this place and spend your money elsewhere unless you are at the palazzo and visiting their spa then go ahead and give this place a go other wise there are many other places to eat at.

Very yummy. We stopped by for brunch after a workout one morning. We ordered a blueberry and acai smoothie, apple cinnamon smoothie, blueberry and coconut French toast and a chorizo, egg and avocado quesadilla. Everything was really good. Very fresh and healthy. We would have eaten here every morning while staying at The Palazzo, but that one bill was around $75 for two people.

Best kept secret! We had reservations and knew that this place was in a hotel, but we did not realize that we had to go into the guest only area. After going upstairs to talk to security, they sent us down stairs only for the downstairs security to send us back up. That was a little annoying. but I digress. We were greeted by a warm staff which was willing to make our visit enjoyable. The coffee was piping hot and plentiful. The food was fresh and a healthy selection was available. Our food was served hot and we never wanted anything.

We chose the Grill this morning for breakfast before heading to relax at the pool. I suppose my expectations were skewed, assuming the atmosphere would be a little nicer- or have more of a poolside feel and it did not. It's clean for sure and the staff are accommodating and friendly but I had a hard time moving expectations to a 70s diner vibe. The food was ok but for me a little bland and idk how I feel about avocados in a fruit bowl. For me it's a one and done. Wayyy too many nicer options here.

Haven't communicated with Open Table they are closed, so we made a reservation for breakfast this morning. When we showed up, we were informed the restaurant was closed and very rudely told we must have done something wrong. Pulled up Open Table on the sport and assured her it wasn't our error. Hopefully this restaurant doesn't ever open again, but if it does, don't waste your time. Clearly they don't value actual communication and providing any semblance of customer service.

Great food. I went for breakfast. Two items. Chef's Organic Oatmeal is amazing, all the flavors of slight sweet rich oatmeal, blueberry, nuts, avocado, banana, etc. are all distinctive, fresh and refreshing! Omelet is also very well made with little delicious side salad. The food are very healthy! Great service. Both servers are super friendly professional and efficient. Will come again!

Decent food for a supposedly health-conscious grill. But way, way overpriced and not great food. The menu is sparse and the servings are not large. The service is above-average, but after I aided for more sauce for my lobster cakes, Waiter Manny opted to chit-chat with his boss as my $18 appetizer chilled on the plate. Ordered a lobster roll and it came out as a tuna-salad looking something or another on a hoagie bun. Seriously.

You can't make this up. And even the coffee and latte were marginal and expensivo too. Also, unless you are lucky enough to find the elevators that are 100' from the restaurant, you'll walk literally 2500 (Fitbit counted) steps through a maze of narrow hallways through the back of the Venetian.so if you do ignore this review and opt to drop a c-note oN a crappy lunch with average service and crappy coffee, at least get good directions.

If you're staying at the Palazzo or the Venetian (.and maybe if you're just hungry and walking by) and you're looking for great healthy food off the beaten path, you've got to consider this spot. We made two trips to Las Vegas in the last year and we've eaten here three times, with no regrets. Food is simply prepared, coffee is good, service is on par and we'll be back.

We were looking for a quick and close breakfast before heading into the spa for the day, so the Grill seemed an obvious choice. We looked over the menu and noticed they leaned heavily toward healthy choices and since we were going to the spa we thought this seemed appropriate for us. I went with the Turkey sausage hash and eggs and my wife went with the bacon and eggs. Both our meals were very tasty and yes healthy. The service was excellent and the prices were what you would expect, Aloha

Visited CRG 3X during my short stay at the Palazzo. We were into Tumeric Latte and they had it at CRG. A bit hit with us was their Avocado Toast. It's small but so tasty. We had it with 2 soft-poached eggs. A nice, light brekkie to start the day.

Need a healthy fresh break from all that decadent rich often fried food?! Stop by Canyon Ranch Grill! They have a Canyon Ranch Cafe on the Venetian side which is basically identical~ similar menu items and price points. I grabbed their turkey club sandwich and do glad I did! It was surprisingly delicious! Loved the little pickled salad that came with. Very refreshing, filling, but perfect! It was nearly $20 after tax. You can order at the bar if you want it to go. Lots of people hanging at the bar working and drinking

If you are on a diet or really into eating healthy, this is your spot! The food is extreme healthy, and it is affordable although the portions are small. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. It was nicely presented and it was good but just had absolutely no flavor. It was as it was prepared without any spices whatsoever. I ended up asking for Ketchup and removed my chicken to eat that with ketchup. Friendly staff and conveniently next to the spa.

If you are coming here, you likely already know what Canyon Ranch is. Second assumption: If you made it here you are not looking for a Denny's breakfast special. The Grill is down a long hallway filled with many turns, but that gives you time to get your wallet out; It is a small quiet spot with stellar service. The food is delicious and healthy.

I had a tuna melt one day with a kombucha, and the 3 chorizo breakfast tacos another day- again delicious. Some people are in their spa robes, some in their workout clothes. it doesn't matter, the staff would treat everyone wonderfully. Two of us ate breakfast for $40. Pricey, but fresh good food and definitely away from the Vegas noise.

Hostess and server were attentive. I ordered the american breakfast with scrambled eggs, 2 chicken sausage patties, sweet potatoes, and a small whole wheat pancake with blueberries, sprinkled with cinnamon. Pancake was delicious that I ordered the full plate the next day and devoured it. Americano was good. Will always come here for breakfast. Great gluten free, vegan, vegetarian options.

When in Vegas, you may eventually need a break from all of the "food decadence" available at every turn. This grill did not disappoint. Fresh, healthy food at an affordable (by Vegas standards) price. I ended up eating breakfast there and had lunch there a couple of times. It's a small space that gets really busy around 9am and then again during the regular lunch hours. I went during "off hours" so that I could enjoy my nutritious bounty in peaceful bliss. Service was always fast and professional.
