Brighter Living Massage Therapy was established by Kathie Bright in 1995. My job is to meet your needs and wants the best way I can to help you heal. Some possibilities are stress reduction, pain relief, freer movement, freedom from chronic ailments and maintaining any of these, to name a few. Modalities used include Swedish/relaxation, Deep/Connective Tissue, Trigger Point, Healing Touch plus much more. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Saturdays can be available as needed. Sundays are rest days to assure you receive the best work possible during the working hours.

Sports Massage Therapy is great for helping you perform at your best, no matter what the activity. Sports Massage milks the muscles of toxins, the by-products of exercise, improving and reducing recovery time. By flushing toxins out of the system and increasing circulation of oxygenated blood, nutrients reach the effected areas faster. All this keeps you playing, competing, practicing and building on your own current exercise program.
