I love this place! You can tell that the staff really enjoy working here. Everyone is so friendly and nice! I have been working with Jacklyn Malaran for physical therapy and she's absolutely awesome. She really took the time to understand what was affecting my rehabilitation and modified my treatment so the session was beneficial. The gym is clean and not overwhelming. I highly recommend!

This is my second time at Breakthru in Medford. I have suffered with back problems for years and my physical therapy here has helped me immensely. Dr. Tim Salkowski is kind, caring, and always concerned for my well-being. Under Tim's direction my therapy has made me stronger and has alleviated my back pain. Everyone at Breakthru is personable, caring, and pleasant to be around. They make physical therapy enjoyable.

After 12 weeks of physical therapy, I will hands down tell you this is the best spot in town. Not only do they have physical therapists, they also have amazing knowledgeable personal trainers. This group of people didn't treat me as a patient, they treated me as a person. They care! The staff is what really makes this facility! My man Kevin was a Rockstar! Took my broken foot and helped me get further than I was ever before. Lisa is absolutely wonderful, with a massive array of physical fitness movements and exercises. Gloria was amazing, unfortunately I only got to utilize her amazing abilities but a few times. The remaining staff members are again what makes the experience so great. Please for your own sake, go check this gym out. Great programs for all walks.

I first would like to say that I am a 75 year old female. I have been in physical therapy before. I am supposed to have a double knee replacement and have back issues. I am so pleased with my therapist, Dr. Nolan, and the staff at Medford Breakthru. Yesterday was the first day I can actually say I was pain free. I do realize that my age and physical condition play a part in my improvement.

I never expected to be pain free. Hopefully I will continue to improve and my "pain free" day will expand to weeks and months and maybe years! Thank you Breakthru and Dr. Nick.

First this is the most beautiful, clean, modern, & multifaceted PT facility I've ever visited. I e learned that where and from whom you received physical therapy really has an affect on your body's abilities after your PT treatments. I purposely travel an hour from home just to get to Breakthru. All of the therapist there are very thorough patient and helpful to your specific needs.

They are even GREAT with kids! Patience is a virtue! Breakthru thru even offers other programs dedicated to working out nutrition. basically they CARE about their clients health! And Anthony at the front desk is so sweet and flexible with scheduling appointments. Everyone really makes you feel comfortable and at home,

Recently I have torn my rotator cuff and had surgery to repair it. I have been working with Dr. Emily Kossifos at the Tuckerton Road, Medford location. Dr. Kossifos has been a wonderful physical therapist! Helping me through all my ups and downs. I just wanted to thank Emily for keeping me motivated through this recovery. She help me return to work with her aggressive approach toward my recovery. The entire staff at Breakthru are absolutely top notch professional and very friendly. I would 100% recommend Breakthru Physical Therapy & Fitness.

Dr. Tim Salkowski quickly gained my confidence. He was extremely thorough with my evaluation and was attentive. He listened, he asked questions. A physical therapy plan was made. Tim challenged me to trust the process. My physical therapy was challenging. I learned to trust Tim and Breakthru Physical Therapy and I am glad that I did.
