I asked for a microdermabrasion facial and made an appointment for one. They called me to reschedule and change it to a facial peel. The facial was nice, not worth $99. I've had better for less. I was disappointed to see they use toxic air scents in the bathroom. I was very disappointed

My appointment for a facial with Dorinda was an absolute treat. My hands and feet even got some treatment as well, wrapped in warm mitts & booties. The facial itself left me feeling rejuvenated. My skin looked great. I would highly recommend.

Bozena is the only spa/salon that I frequent when I'm back home in Chicago. I am pretty particular with who I allow to do my nails. They have a beautifully designed space that's cozy and very clean. I was surprised to read one of the other reviews stating otherwise. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and they do such a good job. My pedicure lasts 3 weeks without chipping. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! It's no surprise that the spa has been around for so many years.

I have gone to Bozena for about 8 years. It is a wonderful atmosphere and I have had several really good specialists that I highly recommend: Kasia and Ella come to mind as my favorites - you can ask for who you like best. They are attentive, polite, and do great pedicures! It's a pretty atmosphere with lots of natural light and cream color tones throughout the place. Really my favorite place to pamper myself.
