I have previously used Body Mechanics for Physio at the Walton Clinic and visited Ceri at Worcester Park for a sports massage this past weekend. I have to say the experience was nothing short of brilliant. Not only did I receive excellent treatment I was made to feel totally at ease and Covid safe and she imparted a lot of good information to help me with my running going forward. I can't recommend the guys at Body Mechanics highly enough and will be returning for regular treatment over the coming months.

After getting knee issues triggered by running, I was recommended Bodymechanics by my gym, and I'm so happy I went. Vaida immediately recognised the issue, relating back to a childhood accident, which I would never in a million years have considered. We now have a plan moving forward and I feel really confident that it can be sorted. I couldn't recommend Vaida and Bodymechanics more. Plus everyone is really friendly too.

I have been seeing Vaida at The Body Mechanics for 6 weeks now and have seen a massive improvement. Vaida is an expert at what she does and is friendly, professional and concise. I have been given exercises to do at home which help to manage my pain in between visits. Rebecca on reception is also a delight, she is friendly and efficient and makes you feel at ease when visiting or over the phone. I would highly recommend The Body Mechanics to anyone who needs a physio!

A friend recommended Body Mechanics and I saw them last year for an injury I had. My husband went for treatment for his back and they were brilliant. I've been seeing Vaida this month for neck pain and it's really helped. I love their whole body approach and total commitment to fixing their clients. They have always managed to see me and my husband quickly too when we've needed it most, which is so important when you're in pain.
