I went here for a facial and I have to be honest, I was really disappointed in the service. The person doing the facial spent maybe 20 minutes actually working on me, and then left me alone for 25+ minutes while the mask dried. It was VERY strange. In other facials, there has been a hand/arm massage or neck massage and at least some of a face massage and none of that happened.

She did rub my feet for a few minutes but it was more like she poked around at my feet and tried not to touch them (and I have clean pedicured feat!) She also looked at my skin for a few seconds and said no extractions were needed (which was not the case) so she didn't try. For 100 dollars, this was a complete waste of money and time. I still tipped really well. I'm not a monster.

I just won't go back. This place was recommended to me, so maybe there are great services and I just booked a dud? In short, It was odd. Not relaxing. Didn't really do anything for my skin. Not worth the money.

We were not greeted properly when we arrived. The therapist we Requested through scheduling was not put in system properly so upon arriving we were told that another therapist would be helping us Even though I called an hour ahead of time to confirm appointment. In my opinion customer service from both front desk employee and owner sucked. We will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience at Bella Via! The facility is pristine, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and my treatment was so relaxing and thorough. Already booked a follow up appointment. Highly recommend!

Jeannette was very friendly, comforting and walked me through every step of my process. I had no problems.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even worked me into the schedule so I could get a last minute facial with microdermaplaning. Will go back soon!

I can only review the massage from Suzanne because that's the only thing I get here. But, the whole experience from when you walk into the lobby area, to the massage itself, and how you are treated. It's all just awesome. The receptionist will offer you something to drink. You'll be seated in the waiting area where there's a large, soothing fountain to calm you while you wait for your appointment to begin.

The massage is top notch. I've never had a better massage, anywhere. Chatty? Suzanne can talk about any topic. Want silence. You can get that, too. Have knots you kneed worked out (see what I did there?)? Consider it done! Suzanne knows her stuff. My only regret is that it's not a longer appointment. Go. Get a massage. Ask for Suzanne, and be glad you did

Went to Bella to get a tattoo to fill in some discolored spots I had after surgery. The spots where not even a Nickel big but they charged me $250. The tattoo artist "not", Karen told me to come back in two weeks to see how they turned out. Said that if there were any problems she would repeat the process at no change. After the tattoo healed there was still discoloration and the tattoos turned out horrible.

When I went back, the tattooist took back her word and wanted to recharge me another $250 to redo two spots not big as a nickel. She lied and said she did not tell me that there would be no charge. I hate a liar And will not be returning. The people were really nice but make sure you ask lots of questions and have them write it down. They are liars and deceitful. Good luck.

Service is exceptional. Comfortable&relaxing atmosphere. So many services&so much knowledge. Their interest in serving you well is priority. It's not a place or a people that just wants to take your money. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Annalyssa. She was professional and very knowledgeable! Love that she incorporates myofascia technique with her deep tissue massages! Highly recommend her!

This place has a very relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. I have gotten a facial by Joy and Karen and both of them are excellent at what they do. The facial I have gotten is the bee licous facial and I would highly recommend it. Definitely the most relaxing hour that I could have asked for.

Had an appointment with Jeanette for an acne consultation. She did a relaxing treatment and made recommendations for some amazing products! Highly recommend!

My husband purchased facials for my daughter and I for Christmas. The facials were way overpriced for what you got. We could have gone to any one of the nicer spas in the Toledo area and gotten a much better facial for less money. The ladies who did the facials were very nice.

Always a friendly and professional staff! Very skilled massage therapists! Having back and neck problems, I always leave relieved of pain and tension!
