While most body treatments require you to remove all of your clothing, the utmost respect for your modesty is a hallmark of our spa personnel.
An all natural, formulation of exfoliating salts is gently massaged over your entire body, leaving skin incredibly silky. To eliminate dead skin cells and release toxins, a gentle exfoliation treatment is performed, followed by a French seaweed wrap, smoothed over your entire body. Warm blankets are placed on you to retain body heat as the skin detoxifies.

My husband went in and booked me a facial and massage around christmas time and we were informed that they doubled booked and we were told we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for two weeks out and they called us and cancelled our appt. for the second time. I decided this month to try for the third time to get in for a facial and the morning of my appointment they called wanting me to reschedule for yet a THIRD time.

This was my very first time visiting Salon, i want to express my full gratitude for the excellent service i have received, i picked deep tissue massage and Dani Renee i was absolutely amazing, highly recommend her to anyone and i noticed this place has many other services that i definitely will explore. Saw Erica for a facial this morning. All I can say it was amazing, she was amazing. I feel great! The massage was sooo relaxing. If you've never experienced this your missing out. Go see Erica at BJ Grand Salon West. Oh and Big thanks to my daughter Jessica for the great birthday present. It was perfect!

I scheduled 3 haircuts and 3 white tea masks for my daughters. They have had the conditioning treatments several times before and they were always put under a heater for a while with the tea mask in their hair. This time, the oldest daughter's stylist left it in for the requisite time but no heat. The stylists for the youngest 2 washed it out right away in the sink.
I asked and they said they didn't have enough time. Everyone was polite but I was charged for 2 treatments that we didn't receive. This isn't the first time that we were rushed through without getting what we paid for. I asked for a credit for the tea masks and was denied. Overall, the cut was good, but I was charged for three expensive services we didn't receive
