Ann is a fabulous therapist. From the off I felt welcomed and reassured. She has a list of massage options available but I always chose a 'tailored' massage which she was perfectly happy to do based on problem areas I had that week or areas I wanted to focus on. The room is calm and relaxing and the sessions easy to arrange and well priced. Would definitely recommend!

I had my first 'back & neck' massage with Ann yesterday and it was amazing. I could choose relaxing, stress releasing or refreshing oils. I went for relaxing and the oils which smelt lovely. Ann was quite right when she said I would probably sleep well and I definately had a very restful night, sleeping right through to the morning. All covid guidelines were followed and Ann was very informative about the massage process

It is great now that ARC Massage Therapy is back open, the lovely lady Ann, is fully covid compliant. I went because i had a problem with my heel, as i could not walk on it properyl. After an hour of MTSR work and a great massage, i am now able to walk properly with the feeling back in my heel. Professional service with a great attention to detail.

Going to see Ann is a real treat. She always seems to find knots you didn't know were there and I always sleep so deeply after our appointments. I do a lot of weight training and a regular massage just helps to keep everything ticking over nicely.

I had the most wonderful sports massage from Ann Cochrane this week. She relieved a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders and legs and it's really improved my sleep and running! I've already booked my next one!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ann yesterday by recommendation from a friend, for a deep tissue massage as I'm a builder and have several issues. I went with a strained piriformis which was causing excruciating pain in my lower spine, traps were tight causing headaches, knots in my scapula which limited my movement and a tight hamstring (to name but a few) I've had restless sleep for months, mainly because of lower back pain and in the spine. Ann listened to my problems and targeted the massage accordingly.

She found several issues and worked on them one by one. I had the best nights sleep in months and I'm more supple now than I can remember! The room is warm, the couch was comfortable and Ann is a very pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable therapist. I will be going back for follow up treatments and I can highly recommend her service.
