Absolutely amazing! This is the greatest deep tissue massage I have ever received. Been here 3-4 times now and will continue coming back. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a great massage. I love the atmosphere as well! So peaceful and calming.

One of the best massages I've had. Jessica really listens to your problem areas and gives an extremely relaxing environment to help you unwind. I did not feel sore or stiff afterwards which always happens when my lower back is massaged.

The best massage I've ever had. Jai does amazing work, takes his time, and is very kind. I've been to many different places but non can compare, especially not any of the chain brands you are thinking of. I left feeling peaceful and energized at the same time and all muscle pain was gone.

I was so happy they got me in so quickly. I really enjoyed my massage. It was amazing. I went in for a 90 min. massage. I can tell he did deep tissue, swedish, reflexology and cranialsacral therapy. have been in pain and feeling so tight for weeks. I left there definitely feeling better. I will be scheduling another appointment. Great atmosphere, very quiet and relaxing. I felt I got my money's worth.

I love massage and feel it is not a luxury but vital for my personal wellbeing. For years I'd been to places like Hand and Stone, Massage Envy or just getting massage at Day Spa's or on Cruises. I don't waste my time or money at any of those places now that I have found Jai. In fact, I had never really experienced a real massage until I had one from Jai.

I feel like a new person after a session with Jai. My usual is a 90 minute massage and Reiki session. It is amazing to say the least! I highly recommend Jai and beware once you have a massage from him you will be so spoiled that it will be hard to find a good massage anyplace else.

Where do I begin? I went in with a pulled muscle In my neck and I could barely turn my head from right to left. He spent and an enormous amount of time focusing on that muscle in my neck until he was able to work out the kink. Now I have a much greater range of motion than before. Jai is professional and sets an ambiance that makes you feel like you're in a special shrine made just for your rest and relaxation.

I have been going to him for years and have recommended him to several people. He is a God sent and I'm SO glad I found him because I have been to probably over 15 masseuses in the greater Orlando area over the course of the last 10 years and he has been by far the absolute best.

First of all, I'm not an avid reviewer, nor am I endorsed or coached in any way. I read reviews a lot, but have only done a couple of my own. I feel it's so important to praise and spread the word when you actually receive a quality service these days. I"ve had a multitude of massage sessions over the years in search for the perfect experience. Seriously, Jai encompasses the entire package.

I was very reluctant to go to someone who takes the spa finder cards, so much that I carried it around in my wallet for six months in doubt that a quality massage could be accommodated by this. I took the plunge with Ancient Art Massage and Bodyworks and haven't looked back. From the start, making the appointments and having to rearrange them later was easy and understood.

The studio exudes such positive and low key energy that extends throughout, and I've never experienced such calmness and amazement with the talent displayed in every room. Prior to the massage he actually took time to hear and discuss my problems. JAI HAS A TRUE GIFT THAT VERY FEW MASSAGE THERAPISTS HAVE. I found myself awe-inspired at his ability to respond to my body.

You know how during a massage often times there is "that spot" that is missed or not worked enough? Well, I did not experience this with Jai. His therapeutic abilities to ease and heal were evident from start to finish. Without a doubt this man knows what he's doing. I'm looking forward to continue my path of emotional and physical healing/maintenance through help from Jai.

Jai (the owner) is so easy going and it's a relaxing experience from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Massage is great and he doesn't rush through it. Pricier than massage Envy or other cookie cutter establishments because you get more. He uses hot stones and his mind is in the room and concentrated on the massage. I would highy recommend this establishment. I have had two appointments so far and both were great.
