Above All Grand Salon & Spa

Do not get a Brazilian wax here if you do not have fine hair. They do not use hard wax and cannot pull long/coarse hair properly. Just go to a salon outside of Wexford, it will be cheaper and better service for ethnic skin/hair types. Honestly as an ethnic woman, Above All is a go at your own risk place. (Via my experience over 15 years)

I would NEVER recommend this salon. I had a 1:30 appointment May 20, 2022 with Tami for color based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. Checked in and page was made for Tami. By 2 pm I was still sitting in waiting area, I went to reception desk and they repaged and they suggested she may be behind. I understood. Still nothing, she didn't even come out and express alpolgies, or say "sorry I'm running behind", etc. NOTHING.

I sat there for 1 hour and was ignored. Even the reception desk did nothing, they ignored me. I have never witnessed or experienced such unprofessional behavior. I am posting on several sites not to support this business as well as telling everyone I know about my experience. Tami also had my cell number, she could have texted. Very unprofessional to make a client feel humiliated. Owner.please train your staff better. You should somehow try to make this up to me, total humiliation.

Visited the Salon and cannot say enough about how amazing our entire visit was felt like a queen! However Sara Cortner was an absolute rockstar she made the day even more special, I felt like I was spending the afternoon with my bestie. The care and love she put into my visit was outstanding she made a great day into and outstanding day!

Love Alexa and Alexis they're both so professional and do an awesome job. Alexis gives the best facials and beautiful tans. Alexa is amazing and always leaves my hair perfect.

I would NEVER go to #Above All Grand Salon & Spa again. If you want your hair to look HORRIBLE, just book with Gina. I had an appt with Gina to have my hair highlighted and cut. I showed her pics of myself and how I wanted my hair to look and all she did was keep commenting on my regrowth and refused to color it the way it has always been done. I'm 57 years old and truly know how my hair reacts to color.

Her attitude was extremely poor (and that's putting it lightly). to be honest, she was a downright B.who thought she knew everything. She never checked my foils to see if the color was coming up properly, she just pulled the foils off, rinsed my hair and that was it. Now I'm stuck with exactly what I told her I didn't want, and my hair looks like it was only half-done, which it was.

I have a big white streak down the one side, brassy looking color by my bangs (which looks hideous), since she put those foils on last and they didn't have enough time to process, and there is no color or highlights in many areas, nothing matches, and when I pull my hair back in a ponytail, it looks even worse, if that's possible. I can't even stand to look in the mirror at my hair, as it makes me feel sick to see it. I am posting before and after photos, which the before ones look much better.

Employees and staff were very accommodating, even to my kids! I scheduled spa visits for 3 family members and they were treated spectacularly. Everyone left impressed with the quality and service.

Had a wonderful pedicure experience through a through a title company sponsored event for realtors. The space was huge, a much larger salon than I expected from the outside. Definitely a spa location in the North Hills to check out. All services range from hair, nails, spa services, and boutique purchasing.

Rachel is AMAZING! She did a perfect job on my hair, the color is exactly what I wanted, and it feels so healthy and soft. I also told her about some problems I've been having with my hair, and she recommended a great set of products to help. The salon itself is gorgeous, everyone there was so friendly, and I can't say enough good things about Rachel. I got new hair and a new friend today!

I LOVE this place. Kristen does my hair there cut and color, and always does an amazing job. She has transformed my hair to be so healthy, dynamic and makes me look beautiful. I don't know what I would do without her! I don't know what color line they use but it takes forever to fade. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Picture of my latest color!
