A Q Nail Spa

I walked into the salon. The lady said may I help you. I told her I needed a pedicure and manicure. She didn't reply. About 2 mins later a man walks over and says we're full. Rude and dry tone. The odd thing is only 2 customers were in the salon and I was the only odd ball. I wouldn't recommend if you're trying to find a location near where you are and you're not a regular customer.

I sat here writing a review because the lady who walked in after me was given service. I am a person who loves pedicures, it gives me time alone in my own mind, so this was disappointing.

I WAS SURPRISED BY HOW BAD MY NAILS LOOKED GIVEN ALL THE GIOD REVIEWS I don't usually get my nails done but I decided to splurge and get my nails done. I was so mad at myself for not speaking up. I have really long nail beds and the gap between the start of my cuticle was huge, like, it looked like my nails had been on for weeks by the size of the gap.

I paid extra for a design which the tech didn't do well, and my nails were shaped crooked. 70.00 late I walked out feeling like I wasted money I could have spent on something else. I wasn't going to post a review but I get upset every time I look at my nails I'm at the point where it's time for a manicure and they look like I've had them on much longer than they actually have been. The nail tech was nice enough but the job he did on my nails was awful, like I said I didn't want to leave a bad review but my nails look so bad.

Not a good experience and I usually come here very often. Today I came in and the lady said there was up to an hour wait, In which I didn't have a problem with. Well today as I waited, I saw someone who came in without waiting or have an appointment be seen before me. When I went to ask the lady how much longer for me to be seen by someone, the lady had an attitude. I will never set foot in this establishment ever again

1st time there and I love this place. Kristy did my nails and Henry did my pedicure. They both did such an excellent job! Customer service was wonderful. My experience was great and I will be back.

Terrible experience. The female who was supposed to do my nails first complained about me wanting a full set by saying it would take too long and cost too much. I told her price nor time was an issue for me. I am a loyal customer to EXO so price is not an issue at all! Once I told her I did not mind the time it would take nor the orice, she still continued to complain and attempt to change my mind.

I ended up leaving and going somewhere else after she refused to soak my nails off and insisted I allow her to "pop" all my nails off. Absolutely no! Terrible! In response to the owner, this occurred one week ago, January 16, 2022. I actually ended up going to AQ in O'fallon where I had no issues.

I come here all the time and it's my first time with acrylics and they are just what I wanted. They are very beautiful. The nail technician is beautiful and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. It's a very popular place and I highly recommend.

My experience here was actually great, the place itself looks and feels high end, the technicians on the other hand are hit or miss, Ive had wonderfully thin and beautifully painted acrylic nails by them, I also had spotty and thick ones done. So, bottom line great place over all but you may be testing your luck when picking a technician.

Kristy was amazing! I definitely recommend her, as she took her time with the acrylic so she wouldn't have to drill them as much to smooth them out. We walked in at 3 and were leaving by 3:45pm. She was very nice, very professional, clean, attentive to detail, and just overall made our experience one of the best we have had in the area! Thanks Kristy!

The nails weren't painted/cured down to cuticles on all nails. Some of the nails looked like I needed a fill before I even left plus the shape & length varied on nails from both hands pretty dramatically. The nail file used was old and was used to saw into my skin. I tried several times to express my concern on the lengths & was mostly ignored. I would have asked to have them fixed but by that time my cuticles and skin around some of my nails was so sore that I didn't want to chance it.

Even the pedicure, done by am entirely different individual, was not good. The callused skin on my toe tips & pads of feet were barely scrubbed leaving my feet to look just slightly better than when I arrived. The toenail polish was done unevenly and didn't cover the entire nail. The whole experience was terrible. I've mainly use this nail spa over the last 10 years but had not been in over 2 years. The quality and workmanship has went way downhill and I will not be going back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Salon is very clean and professional. They do their best to accommodate customers even when staff is short.
