I didn’t enjoy anything of my experience at A New Spirit Spa. I was really looking forward their exclusive “Float Tank” experience. Well it wasn’t relaxing. The water was Luke warm and by the time I got out I was literally shivering. Then I had a hot stone massage. During the massage I was burned. When I contacted the Spa about getting my money back I was told they couldn’t see the burn in any of the pictures I emailed to them and would not refund my money. Now I am forced to seek legal counsel. I would not recommend this Spa to anyone!
