The Spa's mission is to provide you with the best spa experience ever in a relaxed, comfortable, elegant environment at competitive prices. You may choose massage, skin care, nail or spa services which will relax, pamper, reduce tension or pain, improve skin health and increase your health and beauty.

If you would like to have some time to relax in the tranquil environment prior to your treatment, please arrive early as our staff strives to be ready for you at your appointed time. With this full body massage all areas of the body receive equal treatment. This relaxing, flowing massage relieves stress and provides pampering bliss. Using light to medium pressure this massage increases circulation, lymphatic flow and overall well-being. While still relaxing, this more focused massage is designed to relieve muscles that are in spasm, reduce pain and increase range of motion.

I've been coming to The Spa at II Creeks for almost a year now. I've only gotten facials here so I can't speak about their massage service. But I LOVE my facials. The facial technicians have worked there for several years and know what they're doing. after my first facial, my technician recommended a specific toner to use, which I later bought, and after using it for a few months, my face is way more smooth and hydrated.
They also play calming, zen ambient music during your facial. The towel they provide has buttons at the top so you can feel comfortably secure that your towel won't slip, lol.

Scheduled a bridal spa day. Staff was amazing! All the girls loved their services, everything from mani, pedi, massages, and wraps. The team coordinated services to ensure we could relax and enjoy the day. We brought finger foods and the spa provided pink champagne. Highly recommend for any of their services!

I went here as a gift from my wife, and I came away pretty underwhelmed. I'm a big of a bigger guy, and I requested a deep tissue, firm massage. What I got was, I think, swedish. I asked the person giving the massage to go deeper, and he either couldn't or wouldn't. I was generally uncomfortable and was just looking forward to it ending. There was no communication, I was never asked during the entire massage how it felt or if anything could be better or different.
The massuse didn't say a single word the entire time. Upon checkout, no one asked me how it was - it was just processing payment. Not a bad quality massage, but not what I asked for and not what I wanted. I don't plan to return.

First time at The Spa at II Creeks but definitely not my last! My massage therapist, Celena, knew exactly what my needs were to relieve the type of tension and muscle pain I'd been experiencing for over a year. For the first time in a long time I had the best night sleep with no pain every time I'd turn over. I'm looking forward to many more awesome sessions with her! And the spa takes disinfecting extremely seriously---I was very impressed!

"Calming. Peaceful. A piece of Heaven." These are all the comments by a contented wife, the eager recipient of a facial by her favorite Russian masseuse. The Spa's appointment book is full a month in advance! This tells you (a) the popularity of the place, and (b) you absolutely need to book in advance if you want to treat your spouse to a wife-changing experience. Husbands, you don't have to understand it; wives do, and that's all that matters.

The staff & services are superior. I have enjoyed facials, manicures/pedicures, & other services such as waxing & tinting if eyebrows & eyelashes. The atmosphere is relaxing & well-maintained in relation to Covid precautions. If you want to be pampered, this is the place. Gift certificates make a great gift. Theresa B

For a general massage for relaxation, pretty average experience. I would not come here if you need any specific type of work done, i.e. treatment for pain or sports performance. I always give my massage therapist specific instructions on which areas need to be attended to, where I'm feeling pain, and which areas they can ignore. And then they proceed to do their own thing anyway and I have to reiterate what I originally asked for. Very frustrating for the money spent and I will probably look elsewhere.

There aren't enough stars. My boss gave me a FULL spa day with a facial, massage, and pedicure with lunch. Best facial I've ever had. And my massage therapist, Celene, asked if I wanted a "heavy hand" and when I told her that I did, she REALLY gave me a good steam rolling. Completely de-stressed. Will go back and will always highly recommend.
