So glad that I was able to get some products at Advanced Health Products today. Ben is always so friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure you find what you need. I didn't find a couple of items I was looking for and he readily committed to getting them for me. Great customer service. We even talked about when I got my massage chair from him and it was 15 yrs ago- Stronglite still in great condition! It feels good to be working again. I'll be back!

I was after a specific massage cream to give to my massage therapist. I used to frequent this place a decade to go when I did massage myself. I was not disappointed and was able to get the exact cream and the exact size that I wanted.

My husband ordered for me the rental of the full facedown-recovery kit for one week after my eye surgery. I needed to be facedown for 45 minutes or more out of every hour. The chair was very useful. The sleeping pillow was difficult to adjust while allowing breathing, and the 2 way mirror was too small to see much across the room but too big to fit on the table pad attached to the chair.

After 1 week, we called 5 times to get the UPS return packing slip. It was frustrating to try to return the equipment. I hope we are not charged for the extra day when trying to return. 4 stars for equipment. 2 stars for service.

Love the selection here! Cheaper prices than online. Don't have to pay or wait for shipping cause they got all that you need. Worth the drive from San Jose. Initially I came for empty pump bottles for my other lotion/gels i had at home but ended up buying more mediums because I couldn't help myself haha Very welcoming environment! Ben, the owner, is really helpful and friendly!

As well as the other woman who works there i didn't catch her name but she let me try out the mediums and was also very friendly : They also have a bunch of massage tables, chairs, headrests, accessories like holsters, bolsters & headrest covers, etc. Definitely going to come back here for supplies!

Good selection of product though a bit cramped with inventory. I would purchase again from this company.

Personable service. Wide range of massage-related products -- oils, creams, tablets, chairs, warmers, bolsters, etc. And if he doesn't have it, he will get it for you. I have been coming here for years to grab last minute necessities for myself and my clients. So glad he is here.

This place is a little hard to find but it is the only place that has devices that u can read, watch tv and so on, while u are keeping ur head down.

I've been coming to this spot for a few years now to restock on supplies. It's a great store if you're a massage therapist, they have a wide selection on everything you will need for your massage business.

That's my to go place when I'm confused about what to get for myself or special gifts for friends, I usually call for ideas before I go there and check in to see if they have it on that time, Ben is very helpful, patient and honest about things that are worth for me getting or not. Happy finally could get something unique for a friend that there is a big chance she doesn't have it and can use it when in need, got one for myself as well :

I received attentive and informed service and left with a product that did what I needed more effectively than I anticipated. The place is the opposite of the traditional, modern consumer experience. The atmosphere is disheveled and the check out is a scattered desk with an age-old calculator. It is exactly the sort of small business that giant e-tailers have put on the endangered species list.

I ended up with a rolling massager and a couple massage tools. All are available at the largest e-tailers. The thing is; they don't show up without directly targeting my search at the product by name. In other words: if I search for "rolling calve massager", I hit a bunch of products but, this one didn't show up. The one I bought is more effective and less expensive than the ones I had been eyeing on line. Furthermore, the price I payed was lower than I could find on line. I have to take a star away because the selection is a little thin.

I went in with very little idea of what I wanted. There's a great selection and Ben asked me questions so he could guide me in right direction. He gave me samples and was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be back for all my massage needs in the future.

Ben the owner is very approachable and happy to help with any questions. He has been in the massage business for 20+ years and knows his stuff. I live in Santa Cruz and shop here because he has a wide variety at prices better than I can find on the internet. I had a massage chair custom made for me and delivered within 4 days! If he doesn't have it, he will get it affordable and fast!

I went here to get new pads for my tens unit. I need to go back to get a gallon jug of massage oil. I have NO IDEA what I will do with it, but it will be mine! Muahahaha. At a reasonable price too. The store is small, but has a variety of mostly massage-based items. The prices seem very reasonable, and it's local. The store manager seemed very helpful and knowledgeable about his product. When I walked in, he was doing a special order for a guest, and it seemed a deep discussion. It's easy to miss though, I had to turn around at least once to find it.

Just wend in today for Massage table some bed wormers and some oil and lotion all for a good price not to mention I order some towel warmers and other good stuff. this place is better then shopping online I get to see what I will order before I purches and I get my stuff the same day if available cant get any better that that. It makes my drive from Fremont much better to now I will not come back empty handed. Will defiantly be back soon.

A great place. I buy lotion there regularly and just recently purchased sheets and a hot/cold pack. Ben, the owner, is great. Very accommodating, for example I needed to restock on other supplies and he is in the process of ordering them for me. Yes, I drive from downtown San Jose to go here, and it is well worth it. I'm really grateful for the guys at Advanced Health, I really depend on having therapy supplies only a few miles away from my practice in Los Altos. Ben has been extremely helpful in quickly repairing tables and face cradles I've accidently broken. Without these guys I would have lost clients.

Since massage school is still my main focus, I haven't been able to fully take advantage of everything that Ben has to offer at Advanced Health Products.but I do plan to indeed! I bought a table 20 years ago and was in need of a new bag and Ben sold me a perfect bag for half of what I found online. He is sociable and informative and has everything you could ever need for a massage practice. I will be a loyal customer. I even go away with lots of little freebies. Huge Fan!

If you are a massage therapist like me, this is a great store to buy your supplies from. They also rent out tables for a very reasonable price! The owners are very friendly and warm. They always have the supplies I need on hand and that makes me a happy camper! :

Love this place love this place. Need to rent a chair last time I checked it was 20bucks for the day. Now if your therapist youget that paid in approximately 15min! They have a great array of oils and lotions study guides, stone therapy items. There nice, the prices are great if you need it now that is the place to go and it is not hard to find. Dont forget you can reach them on the net too. Therapist you will love this place, and now there in larger office!
